Police bullets were flying everywhere.
Simon darted here and there with his super speed, dodging the shots and striking down officers.
The mutant managed to draw water from the houses and sewers quickly, creating watery walls around himself.
Those walls began to block the random bullets that were being fired at him.
Suddenly, the rest of the team intervened:
Hana, with her elastic arms, sent punches at several police officers.
Boris touched one of the police cars before being shot, and his skin became covered in metal of the same color as the vehicle, as if he had absorbed it.
The bullets clashed against him, sparking but causing no damage, as he walked forward like nothing had happened.
He lifted a car high and threw it onto another, causing destruction.
Khaled leaped into the sky with his axe and struck toward the police buses.
A red beam shot out from the axe toward the truck, splitting it in two.
The police officers panicked despite their numbers, scattering and running in all directions.
Boris, sarcastically:
"Wait… we haven't even started the party yet!"
He grabbed one of them by the back of his suit before he could escape, lifting him into the air like a kitten.
Boris, mocking:
"Where are you going… you haven't even eaten yet."
Before he could punch him in the face, Khaled grabbed his hand from behind:
Khaled: "Don't forget our goal… no fighting unless necessary."
Boris let the officer go, annoyed:
Boris: "Ah… you always ruin my fun."

At the borders of Barcelona, the army had closed the perimeter.
Roads were jammed with cars, and people tried to flee.
A message came from the police:
"We need assistance… I repeat, we need assistance… we are under attack by several mutants in the city center."
Army helicopters began heading toward the site, while the ground troops struggled to cut through the traffic.

The team began moving through the narrow maze-like streets.
Simon, walking beside the boy: "You didn't tell us your name?"
The mutant stared silently for a few seconds, then said: "Ethan."
Khaled: "This isn't the time for introductions… we need to get out of here as quickly as possible."

Almy: "Watch out! The army has reached you!"
Khaled, in shock: "What?!"
Suddenly helicopters emerged from behind the buildings, roaring loudly, spotlights shining down on them.
Army vehicles and trucks began closing off the streets and all exits.
Hana, nervous: "It's over for us!"
Simon to Boris: "Aren't these the parties you like?"
Boris: "Oh yes… let's do this."
Khaled: "Let's fight our way through!"

The brutal battle began.
Bullets flew everywhere.
Smoke grenades were thrown at the team.
Simon, moving at lightning speed, disarmed the soldiers in the front line.
Then his sister Hana joined in with her elastic body, landing blows on several of them.
Boris, after touching the bars of a window, turned his skin into the same metal.
He charged toward the army's vehicles, shrugging off their bullets like plastic toys.
Boris, mocking with excitement:
"The train's coming through… choo choooot!"
He flipped and wrecked several of them, then grabbed one of the vehicles and hurled it at a helicopter that was blinding him with its spotlight and gunfire.
Boris: "Here… a gift for you."

Khaled unleashed energy strikes from his axe toward the army, trying to destroy their machines only, avoiding killing them.
Ethan joined in with his powers as well.
He unleashed torrents of water at the soldiers, blasting them away.
The situation eased a little, but with more troops arriving, pressure mounted as tanks and heavy machinery rolled in.
The team began to tire.
Simon: "Alright!… Now we're in trouble."

A tank was aimed at Hana.
Before it could fire, Boris intercepted the strike, but the impact hurled him away, crashing into and destroying a house.
Khaled then struck the tank with an energy beam from his axe, destroying it.
Khaled, shouting: "Stay close to one another… everyone watch each other's backs!"

Ethan was hit in the leg by a bullet, but he kept fighting, raising water walls against the bullets and unleashing currents to push them back. It was as if he was buying them time.
Then Simon was shot in the shoulder despite his super speed.
Amid the escalating fight, a strange advanced war machine was directed toward the team.
The team stared in shock.
Simon: "What the hell is that?!"
It began firing heavy rounds and small missiles. Ethan tried to withstand it with his water walls, but he was wearing out, especially being wounded.
Ethan, exhausted, straining: "I can't hold on anymore!"
Hana, holding her injured brother Simon, shouted at their leader Khaled in panic:
"What do we do now?!"

Then, from atop a building, a mysterious figure leapt onto the destructive machine aimed at the team.
The figure tore through it from above with claws until it broke inside.
The machine fell silent. The figure reemerged, clutching the severed head of a soldier, his body half-human, drenched in blood, looking like a monster in a horrifying sight.
He jumped toward the team:
"Follow me this way!"

Simon leaned on his sister Hana, while Boris carried Ethan on his back.
As they moved, Hana spoke to her brother Simon:
Hana: "We're following a stranger."
Simon: "He just saved us… he's probably like us."
As they walked, the man reverted to his human form—revealing himself to be the same person who was at the café earlier, watching the news about Ethan!
