Chapter 13 - Chapter 13: Three-Day Crash Course in Impossibility

Ryven looked at his training area and took a deep breath. Three days to get strong enough to steal flowers from a mid Soul Realm tiger. The plan was crazy, but he had no choice if he wanted those Soul Spirit Flowers. As the flowers were also a great gift for his aunt.

"First, I need to master more intents," he said, sitting down in meditation position. His spatial storage ring was full of beast cores and spiritual materials. Time to put them to use.

He started with the basic elements. Fire intent came easily since he already understood it well. Within an hour, he pushed it to the ninth level - the highest possible mastery. The fire energy around him burned hotter and cleaner than before.

Water intent followed. He focused on understanding flow, change, and adaptation. His bloodline made everything clear, like reading a simple book instead of trying to solve puzzles. Soon he had ninth-level water intent too.

Earth intent was about being solid and strong. Wind intent was about freedom and movement. Lightning intent hit fast and hard. Ice intent preserved and protected. Metal intent cut sharp and stayed tough. Wood intent grew and lived.

But Ryven didn't stop there. He began working on combined intents that mixed two or more basic ones together.

Lava intent combined fire and earth - hot melted rock that destroyed everything. Storm intent mixed wind, lightning, and water into powerful weather. Crystal intent took earth and light to make hard, clear structures. Plasma intent joined fire and lightning into super-hot energy that could melt almost anything.

Shadow intent mixed darkness and empty space. Radiance intent put light and fire together for blinding attacks. Poison intent combined wood, water, and decay to make deadly toxins. Sound intent used air and waves to create attacks with noise. Gravity intent controlled weight and pulling force.

Then came the smaller, simpler intents. Ash from burned things. Smoke that hid and choked. Sand and dust that got everywhere. Mud from earth and water mixed. Mist that made it hard to see. Rain falling from the sky.

Heat without flames. Pressure pushing down. Magnetism pulling metal. Friction that slowed things down. Momentum that kept things moving. Echo that bounced sound back.

Reflection that bounced light. Refraction that bent light. A soft glow called luminescence. Pure sharpness for cutting. Weight that made things heavy. Rust that ate away at metal. Hardness that resisted damage. Flexibility that bent without breaking.

By the end of the first day, Ryven had mastered over forty different types of intent. Each one reached the ninth level - the peak of understanding. His chaos intent, which combined all of them, had become incredibly powerful.

"Day one done," he said, looking at the colorful energy swirling around him. "Now I need to put these intents into my acupoints."

Day two was about filling his energy nodes. Ryven had 365 acupoints throughout his body. Each one could hold a different type of intent energy to make him stronger in different ways.

He put fire, lightning, and radiance intents into his yang acupoints. These would give him constant energy without needing to eat special resources. Water, ice, and shadow intents went into his yin acupoints for healing and stealth abilities.

Earth, metal, and crystal intents filled his stability acupoints, making his foundation rock-solid. Wind, space, and sound intents went into mobility acupoints for speed and better senses.

The work took all day and used up most of his beast cores, but the results were amazing. Every major acupoint now had a major intent type powering it. The minor intents he kept separate - they were only good for making stronger chaos intent, not worth putting in his precious acupoints.

"Day two finished," Ryven said, testing his new power. Even small movements created strong effects now. "Time for technique training."

Day three focused on the primordial techniques his bloodline had given him. These were the hardest to learn because they were born with the universe itself, older than any normal martial arts.

The Void Step Movement Art let him teleport short distances instead of just moving fast. After hours of practice, he got it to about forty-five percent mastery - good enough to appear and disappear in battle.

The Chaos Shroud Concealment Method could hide him from almost any detection. With forty percent mastery, he could stay hidden even from Soul Realm spiritual senses.

The Primordial Sword Forms were attack techniques that cut through more than just physical things. They could slice through energy, space, and even ideas. At forty percent mastery, his sword strikes became truly dangerous.

He also practiced the Foundation Compacting Art, using his chaos intent to squeeze his qi tighter and make his body stronger through controlled rebuilding. Each session made him tougher and more powerful.

At the end of three days, Ryven stood up and tested his strength. A casual sword swing cut a deep canyon in the ground. His movement technique let him appear anywhere within a hundred meters instantly. His concealment made him invisible to spiritual senses.

Most importantly, his chaos intent could now adapt to any situation automatically. If he needed defense, it became defensive. If he needed attack power, it became aggressive. If he needed speed, it made him faster. The intent would find the best combination of his forty-plus mastered elements for any problem.

"Time to see if this is enough," Ryven said, looking toward where the tiger was guarding the flowers. His enhanced senses could feel its powerful presence five miles away.

Tomorrow the Soul Spirit Flowers would bloom. Tomorrow he would find out if three days of impossible training could let a Foundation Realm cultivator challenge a mid Soul Realm beast and win.

The fight would be dangerous, but Ryven felt ready. His power had grown beyond what should be possible. His techniques were older than civilization. His foundation was perfect in ways that broke normal rules.

Whether it would be enough to claim those precious flowers remained to be seen.
