In the Euralups, Candro stands before Shikiya, Daigo, and Itsuro. The three of them stand up as Shikiya asks Candro:
"What are you thinking about now?"
Candro looks at her and replies:
"I'll be going towards Skyward Society now. The three of you are still no match for me."
Shikiya says:
"But we aren't done yet."
She runs to attack him, but someone stops her by placing his hand between them.
Everyone looks at the group of soldiers standing — wearing golden armour, swords, and funerary masks.
Daigo in shock says:
"No way... This is..."
Itsuro says:
"The Royal Guards of Millennia."
The man speaks:
"Enough!"
His voice is deep, full of authority, and calm like still water. The three of them stand back in awe. Candro looks at them and says:
"The apex warriors of the Skyward Society."
The man says:
"Cirandro Del Candro El Curospa... You have been accused of fracturing the timeline of Millennia. Do you have anything to say?"
Candro calmly replies:
"Not at all."
The man says:
"Very well, then..."
The man sees Shikiya and says:
"All three of you can leave now."
Shikiya asks:
"But, why?"
The man replies:
"Generally, no one argues back with any royal guard but since you're an elder... The battlefield of Euralups is our property the three of you must go back and protect Skyward Society."
She asks:
"If Euralups really is the property of royal guards, then where were they all this time?"
The man replies:
"We gave all of you enough time to finish this battle... That time is finished from now on any extra minute means going against the laws of Millennia."
Shikiya gasps in shock, and says to herself:
"This is getting insane now. It never happened before or were we always able to finish the opponent in that given time?"
The man pulls his sword out, covered in cosmic energy, and swings it. A large eye-shaped portal opens and the golden chains pull Shikiya, Daigo, and Itsuro.
Candro sees the man with his dead eyes and says:
"Do you want me to absolutely annihilate you all?"
The man asks:
"And why?"
Candro replies:
"Our battle wasn't done yet and you teleported them without giving it a thought?"
The man asks:
"Then why did you keep repeating about going to the Skyward Society?"
Candro replies:
"I have no intention of telling you but I must say all of you are nothing but background noise in front of me."
The man says:
"Such arrogance doesn't fit on you."
Candro replies:
"It's not arrogance but mere pride in my powers and skills. If it was arrogance then why would I acknowledge you all as apex warriors?"
The man says:
"I see! Then, to test your pride we must... FIGHT!"
Candro faces him and replies:
"I never refused to back down."
In the Skyward Society, Koto is standing in the garden with Jirou. She stretches her body and says:
"Aww! I couldn't sleep much last night."
He replies:
"Oh, yeah? It's your go-to line to say every single day to me."
She gasps and says:
"Really? I don't think so."
He sighs and replies:
"Why don't you try to sleep early in the night?"
She says:
"I don't know, man... I go to bed early and read some books, but when I close the book, it's suddenly four in the morning."
He rolls his eyes and replies:
"Then don't read the books at night."
The portal opens in front of them through which Shikiya, Daigo, and Itsuro land on the ground.
Koto says:
"Oh, so y'all finally came back."
Daigo sighs and replies:
"We had to. Eventually, the royal guards interfered."
She says:
"I see! Then how are you feeling?"
He replies:
"I'm feeling good but I do need some rest. So I'll be going to my room."
She says:
"Sure! Rest well."
As he walks away, Shikiya asks Jirou:
"Did anything bad happen here?"
He replies:
"Yes! The nightmare summoning had all of us a bit worried for some time but Naoya took care of it really well."
She sighs and says:
"I meant anything besides the nightmare summoning?"
He smiles and replies:
"No, nothing else happened at all. We're safe and good to continue our work."
She nods and asks:
"Alright! What about your reports regarding the Eki Eki circle and the tenden chamber?"
He says:
"I prepared the reports days ago."
She nods and replies:
"Cool... Give the reports to me. I'll take a look at them."
He says:
"Sure! I'll give them to you as soon as I pick them up from my room."
They all stand in awkward silence and to break it Shikiya says:
"I'll be leaving to have some rest now. I haven't eaten anything since that battle started."
Koto and Jirou nod at the same time:
"S-Sure! Take your time."
They all stand in awkward silence again — Itsuro is still there. Koto and Jirou look at him he looks back and says:
"What?"
They both say:
"What?"
Itsuro replies:
"What do you mean by what? Don't you have any questions for me?"
Koto hesitantly nods and says:
"O-Oh, yeah... So you fought Candro how strong is he now?"
Itsuro replies:
"Really strong."
Koto and Jirou gasp and fall on the ground. She asks:
"Did he hit you in the head or something?"
Itsuro stays silent. Jirou asks:
"Is something wrong?"
Itsuro takes a deep breath and replies in disappointment:
"I'm thinking why would Miss Shikiya and Daigo walk away when we can just teleport?"
Jirou hits his head on the files he's holding:
"Bro you gotta take some rest. Go ah- I mean teleport to your room or wherever you want to."
Itsuro smirks:
"Nah! I'll probably walk away."
Koto and Jirou fall on the ground again. She says:
"I swear he appears all dashing and cold until he speaks."
He says:
"His IQ is just like a newborn baby."
She replies:
"I understand you both have no IQ at all."
In the other timeline — Aeonic Dusk. Xandro gets excited after seeing the new form of Geko and says:
"This is... LA COREIRA!"
Marshal hears him and mumbles:
"LA... COREIRA?"
In the blink of an eye, Geko stands in front of Xandro and punches him in the face. Geko instantly teleports behind him and kicks him.
Marshal in confusion says to himself:
"What is going on? I couldn't see how quickly Geko-san teleported."
Xandro tries to block Geko's attack but fails as Geko keeps teleporting and attacking him.
Geko grabs Xandro's arm and punches him in the face then lands a powerful kick in his gut and says:
"Colpire!"
(Attack!)
The seven Eki Eki circles, which are slowly revolving around Geko, move at a quick speed.
The circles chase Xandro, and after reaching him they attack and severely injure him. Geko calls them back by saying:
"Torna!"
(Come back!)
Marshal sees it and says to himself:
"Where did Xandro go?"
Geko closes his eyes and after sensing his presence he sighs and says:
"Alt!"
(Stop!)
Xandro secretly teleported behind Geko, preparing to kick him on his head freezes mid-way. Geko grabs Xandro's leg and throws him away.
Xandro says to himself:
"Such a powerful La Coreira?"
Xandro gains momentum and sees Geko teleport in front of him. Geko tries to attack, but Xandro blocks it.
Geko's brute force breaks Xandro's arm. Seeing this Xandro jumps backward and says:
"I see! So getting hit by it has more advantages than blocking it but this pain... I never felt it before."
Xandro spits blood and says to Geko:
"C'mon... Attack with those Eki Eki circles at me."
Geko walks towards him. Xandro grins and runs towards him. Geko throws a punch but Xandro crouches and tries to touch one of the Eki Eki circles around Geko.
The interruption of the Eki Eki circle starts unleashing immense energy. Xandro stands behind Geko — at a distance.
Xandro looks up and sees some golden particles in the air:
"Damn these Gates of Tusatra! They're buffing his La Coreira."
Xandro runs towards him as soon as Geko looks behind. Xandro teleports in front of him, and once again he touches another circle.
Geko grabs his other arm and breaks it. Xandro says to him:
"These arms don't matter at all..."
A sudden burst of energy throws Geko away — as if something punched him. Xandro says:
"I have sixteen more but invisible."
Another burst of energy throws Geko away, and although he instantly regains balance, he's severely injured.
Xandro teleports and attacks Geko with his invisible hands, but Geko manages to block them.
Xandro attacks from a different side but Geko also manages to block that attack by creating a temporary shield and teleports near him.
Geko kicks him but he dodges it and uses his invisible arms. This time Geko closes his eyes and tracks the flow of energy.
As the invisible hands of Xandro reach near him, Geko grabs his invisible hands and stops them.
At first Xandro is in shock, but later that shock turns into amusement, as he grins and attacks.
One of the circles surrounding Geko stops it. Xandro stands in front of him and says:
"Now don't get too shocked after you hear it, but I have sixteen more arms... Thirty-two in total."
