Chapter 65 - Chapter 65: Fox: I have a fear of needles!

"Uh"

Wesley opened his eyes with great difficulty, only to feel his limbs were tightly bound and his head couldn't move at all.

His slightly confused memories returned, and Wesley finally remembered that he had" been beaten to the point of losing consciousness?

"You're awake?"

Morin appeared in Wesley's field of vision and asked.

"Where am I?" Wesley tried to turn his eyes and look around, trying to figure out what was holding him down.

"What happened?"

"You're in a cell repair fluid. This fluid can help your white blood cells repair all your wounds,"

Morin said awkwardly, reciting a setting that even he didn't believe in, while studying the formula on a piece of paper, trying to figure out what was going on.

Because Carlos didn't have much in stock, he gave the repair fluid formula to Morin and told him to prepare some.

Ordinary Fraternity of Assassins members naturally didn't have it, but Carlos was a Master Assassin, so he was naturally qualified.

As for the materials" the Continental Hotel also had this kind of service.

In short, as long as you had enough gold, the Continental Hotel could provide you with most things.

"Right, this can also, to a certain extent, remove the toxins in your body," Morin added.

"There are toxins in my body?" Wesley looked bewildered. "How come I don't know about that?"

"All medicine has its side effects. You've been taking tranquilizers for so many years to suppress your assassin bloodline. Did you really think there wouldn't be any side effects?"

Morin frowned, then finally gave up and crumpled the paper into a ball. He brought his palms together, and it disappeared.

"Of course, this cell repair fluid works best when you have wounds on your body."

"What?" Wesley remembered Carlos's actions from before. "Why didn't he tell me that?"

"You'll have to ask him about that," Morin shrugged and shouted to the side, "Carlos, Wesley is awake. Come and pull him out!"

"Coming!" Carlos sighed and stopped trying to persuade a grim-looking Fox. He walked over there.

"How is it going?" Morin asked, even though he already knew the answer.

"Not good," Carlos shook his head. "I think there's not much hope."

"Alright, looks like I'll have to use another trick," Morin touched his chin and nodded.

""Are you going to use force?" Carlos tried to dissuade him. "No, that will only make it less likely for her to join us!"

"Of course not. Do I look like someone who likes to use violence?" Morin asked, his eyes wide.

Carlos, Wesley, and Fox were all in sync. They all nodded silently. Wesley even moved the cell repair fluid that had already solidified.

Although Wesley hadn't seen Morin's methods, the evaluation he had received from Carlos was enough for him to label Morin as a violent maniac.

Otherwise, who could make someone like Carlos so submissive?

As for Carlos and Fox, they had both experienced it firsthand, so there was no need to say more.

"You have to believe me. I never lie!" Morin said. "Don't believe me? Let me give you an example. Wesley, what if I get you a wife later?"

"Huh?" Wesley was full of questions.

Something this good could happen?

"Wait, are you planning on"?" Carlos suddenly had a bad feeling. "Doing that?"

"It kills two birds with one stone, making us even closer!"

Morin chuckled.

"Turning a colleague into a daughter-in-law. What do you think of that?"

"NO!" x2

Carlos and Fox, who was listening in from a distance, both shouted at the same time.

Wesley" he was still in a state of pleasant surprise about the unexpected good fortune!

"What's so bad about it?" Morin left Carlos and Wesley, who was still in the solidified cell repair fluid, and walked toward Fox, stopping next to her.

"Look, Wesley Gibson. He's Carlos's son, the son of a Master Assassin!"

"Although he doesn't look that great, his body isn't that good, and his life for the past twenty years has been completely unexciting, that doesn't mean he has no

potential!"

Morin said, full of sincerity. "He's going to be the new Master Assassin, a legend!"

Wesley: """

He seems to be praising me, but why does it feel so wrong the more I listen?

Hearing that, Fox looked at Wesley, who had just been pulled out of the repair fluid by Carlos.

His face was alright.

His chest muscles were average.

His abs were average.

Her eyes moved down again" and she was immediately filled with contempt.

"No!" Fox flat-out refused.

"If you had agreed, then would my threat even be useful?"

Morin spread his hands. "You remind me of a joke."

When she heard that, Fox's expression immediately became the same as the man who was being asked in the joke.

She had a fear of needles!

"You wouldn't do that," Fox forced herself to calm down and pretended to be unconcerned, saying confidently.

"Carlos told me about the Templars. If you're really a Templar, you would never do that!"

"Everything a Templar does is to maintain order, so sometimes, some necessary methods to deal with enemies are not out of the question," Morin said with a grin.

"All I want is for you to join us in our mission to destroy the Fraternity of Assassins, Miss Fox. If you don't agree, then you're my enemy."

Fox thought about it anxiously.

If she didn't refuse, she might be subjected to needle therapy.

If she refused, she felt like she was betraying the

Fraternity of Assassins and fate"

"If, and I mean if," Fox struggled for a long time, then finally spoke.

"If what you're saying is true, I will kill Sloan and everyone else, whether intentionally or unintentionally,

who went against the guidance of fate, even myself!"

"Very good," Morin nodded and reached out to untie the ropes on Fox.

"Then, for now, we are in a cooperative relationship."

"Aren't you afraid that I'll go back on my word?" Fox asked, rubbing her hands.

"If you really think you can find out the truth on your own and kill everyone, then yes, of course, you can," Morin turned around and walked outside.

"I have some things to take care of first. You should get to know our other partners a little better"

Morin hadn't had time to do the Continental Hotel's assessment task because he was busy intercepting Fox's actions.

Now, he was going to take care of that and then push all the chess pieces he had set up these past few days onto the board!

He was going to play a game of chess with all the assassin powers and all the killer powers in this world!

A game of chess that would determine the future of this world!
