As Fisher Tiger stormed in, freeing the enslaved fish-men, the liberated slaves began rescuing each other. Soon, waves of freed slaves poured out—and many set fire to the hellish prisons that had once held them captive.
Whether to vent their rage or draw attention away, the entire slave detention zone of the Celestial Dragons erupted into roaring flames and billowing smoke.
Countless Celestial Dragons evacuated under CP protection, while a few arrogant nobles ordered CP agents to recapture their "property."
In the aristocratic residential district, screams, curses, and desperate pleas tangled into chaotic noise—yet amid the blazing inferno, arcs of lightning flickered intermittently.
"Rich. These pigs are disgustingly rich. But now? It's all mine." Leno muttered curses under his breath while stuffing Berries, gold, jewels, Devil Fruits, and famed blades into his inventory.
As he looted his third mansion, two CP agents burst in. "Who are you?! How dare you steal from the gods' treasury!"
"Gods? Heh. Funny—I'm a god too. So technically, everything in this treasury already belongs to me."
"You're asking for your death! Soru!"
"Thunder Spear!" In an instant, both CP agents were impaled to the ground.
"Gotta speed up. Three—no, four more houses, then bail."
As Leno continued plundering, his Observation Haki picked up movement—distant squads were converging toward his location.
"Wind's picking up—time to bolt!" Just as Leno prepared to vanish, he spotted a pig-headed Celestial Dragon—wearing his signature fishbowl helmet—cornering three young female slaves with two CP guards.
"Sigh. You guys did help distract them… guess I'll return the favor."
"White Lightning!" A searing bolt of white lightning pierced straight through the fishbowl. The Celestial Dragon twitched twice on the ground—then fell still.
"How scary… a Celestial Dragon!" Leno strolled leisurely toward them.
The two CP agents froze—then shrieked in horror: "Y-you… you dared slay a god?! You're dead! There's no place in heaven or earth that'll shelter you!"
"Right, right—no place to hide. So… can you die now?" Crack! Crack! Two Thunder Spears pinned the CP agents to the ground. No more breath.
After two steps, Leno noticed the three girls hadn't moved.
"Hey! Still standing there?! Move!"
"Ah?! Oh, yes! Go, go, go!" The lead girl scrambled after Leno, the other two trailing behind.
The lead girl stared at the black-clad figure ahead, pupils trembling violently. "Gods… can gods really be killed?" she whispered.
Her entire worldview was shattering—then rapidly reforming.
Leno, walking ahead, suddenly turned back toward her. 'Conqueror's Haki awakening? Interesting.' He gently suppressed it with his own Conqueror's Haki.
"Not the time to awaken it. Your friends won't survive the pressure—they'll pass out."
"Hurry up. Keep close!"
"O-oh!" The girl blinked, then rushed to follow.
At the edge of the Red Line, crowds of slaves jostled on a few lift platforms—some impatient souls even leapt straight down.
"Shut up! Fisher Tiger freed you—not so you could dawdle here! Get down now! Those who haven't made it won't come. If you don't leave now, you never will!"
"Hey—you! Yes, you!" Leno pointed at a green-haired man who seemed unusually calm. "Organize these people. Now."
"Yes, sir!" The green-haired man bowed deeply.
"You three—get down too," Leno turned to the girls.
"And… what about you, sir?"
"Me? I'll hold them off. Otherwise, none of you escape." He glanced back at the rapidly approaching pursuers.
As the slaves descended swiftly, the green-haired man suddenly shouted: "Benefactor! May we know your name?!"
The other slaves stared desperately at the masked figure's retreating back.
"Me? Hahaha… I am the Thunder God!"
In an instant, the black-clad silhouette exploded into a sky-filling storm of lightning! The slaves gazed upward, dumbstruck, as thunder illuminated the night.
"Thunder God! You must live!" xN
"Benefactor… please stay safe!"
Ahead, the red fish-man sprinted closer. Leno opened a gap in his electric barrier to let him through.
"Tiger, go down with them."
"What about you? I can escape easily. Go—the others are waiting for you," Leno said, facing forward.
"No words can repay this debt, brother. Stay safe." Fisher Tiger leapt off the Red Line.
"No need to thank me—I should thank you." Leno waved without turning.
'How scary. The God's Knights are here, along with a group of Marines, a Vice Admiral, and several CPs.
Quite the welcoming committee. Leno felt uneasy—but buying a few moments? That he could manage.
"Come on. Let's see what you're made of!"
First, a Conqueror's Haki sweep—but effect was minimal. The five God's Knights shrugged it off. Only the Vice Admiral seemed mildly affected.
"Hmm… 1 vs 6. Advantage: me!" Leno muttered. "You who dare defy the gods—death is your sentence!" snarled a figure in a rounded helmet, face fully covered except for glaring eyes.
"About time… my gift's arrived. Ready for it?" The group froze—then snapped their heads upward.
"Raigō! Take this!" A colossal black-purple thunderball crashed down.
They were instantly engulfed within the massive sphere, drowning in an ocean of lightning—billions of volts tearing at them every second.
After dozens of breaths, they finally burst free—only for the exploding sphere to unleash wild, uncontrolled devastation.
Lightning carved massive trenches across the land. At the epicenter: a crater dozens of meters wide.
The six figures knelt, tattered and gasping, utterly spent.
Staring at the now-empty horizon, they lacked the strength to pursue. They'd underestimated him—thinking one man would be easy prey. Never expected Leno to skip formalities and open with his ultimate move.
Crackle! Leno suddenly appeared on the bow of a commandeered warship. Crews rushed forward to greet him.
Glancing at the hastily seized fleet, he turned to Fisher Tiger: "Tiger, what'll you do with these people?"
"It's up to them. Those who want to leave can leave, and those who want to stay can stay."
"Mhm, you should set sail as soon as possible. It's not safe to stay here for long."
"Agreed. The situation's urgent—let's get out of here first," Tiger urged.
"Alright, I'll get off here. I'll leave the rest to you, Tiger."
Leno got off the ship as soon as it reached Sabaody Archipelago.
"Oh, by the way, Tiger, you have a guy under you named Arlong, right? Tell him not to go to the East Blue in the future, or he'll die. That's my advice."
"Understood. I'll remember. Until we meet again."
"Until next time."
"Wait—this one and my sisters shall disembark here too." A crisp female voice rang out.
