Chopper hadn't even been comforted yet when Nami's terrified scream echoed through the air.
"Four... four hundred million?! I've become a Great Pirate too?! What am I supposed to do now, aaah~~~!"
Startled, Nami looked over to see Leno staring at her. She scrambled to her feet and rushed over to him, eyes wide and pitiful.
"You big idiot, you have to protect me from now on! Don't let anyone catch me!"
Leno could only sigh at her dramatic behavior. Every time she saw her new wanted poster, she would panic—only to become arrogant again afterward.
He couldn't help wondering if he'd spoiled her too much.
The others didn't seem too concerned about their own bounties, though Carmen was quietly giggling to herself in the corner while looking at hers.
Ignoring the group's reactions, Leno turned toward Elder Nyon and the Hancock sisters.
"So, what's your plan now? Will you stay here, or should I help you move your nation elsewhere?"
"Move? Where could we possibly move to?"
At that, Leno raised one finger and pointed upward. "To the sky."
"!!!"
Elder Nyon and the Hancock sisters stared at him in disbelief—it was the last thing they expected.
"You all know I have the power of the Float-Float Fruit. I can send Amazon Lily into the sky."
After explaining, Leno looked toward Belle-Mère and continued,
"Besides, to prevent the World Government from exploiting any loopholes again, I plan to send Belle-Mère and the others up there too."
Hot-headed as always, Nami immediately spoke up. "You big idiot! For Belle-Mère's safety, I don't mind sending them away—but where exactly are you sending them?"
Everyone else turned their attention toward him, curious about where he planned to relocate them once they were in the sky.
"Skypiea. You've heard of it, right? I have some influence there. It won't be a problem to settle everyone."
"There are already plenty of residents up there, so there's no need to worry about living conditions."
"Skypiea?!"
Seeing their mix of confusion, excitement, and disbelief, Leno decided to give them a proper explanation.
At that moment, Robin spoke up. "'Skypiea'? You mean the legendary 'City of Gold' described by that liar Noland?"
Leno nodded. "Exactly. But it's not just a legend—it truly exists."
At the mention of the word "gold," Nami's eyes lit up. She grabbed Robin's hand, trembling with excitement.
"Wait, Robin… what's that 'City of Gold'? Are you saying there's really a lot of gold there?"
"According to Noland's book, every building in the 'City of Gold' was made entirely of gold. The ground itself glittered with it—though no one ever proved if it was true."
The moment Robin finished, Nami's eyes turned into Berries. She whirled toward Leno, practically glowing.
"You big idiot! You've been to Sky Island, right? Is what Robin said true?"
Watching her excitement, Leno's eyes flickered with amusement. "Yes, it's true. The entire city was built from gold—more than you could ever count."
"Hahaha! That's amazing! Belle-Mère, hurry up and pack—we're heading to that Sky Island right now!"
Nojiko and Kuina exchanged glances, silently understanding. They suspected that Leno's massive stockpile of gold had come from there.
But seeing Nami lost in her golden fantasy, they didn't have the heart to crush her dream. They just shot a helpless glare at Leno, who was smirking smugly.
"So, what do you think? Living on Sky Island means you won't have to struggle as pirates anymore. And the World Government will never find you."
Leno looked at Elder Nyon and the others, asking for their final decision.
Before Elder Nyon could reply, Hancock stepped forward eagerly. "Wherever you go, my lord, I shall follow."
Elder Nyon sighed deeply at Hancock's lovestruck expression. "Hmph. Skypiea does sound like a fine choice. I have no objections."
With everyone in agreement, Leno turned to Hancock. "Hancock, make the arrangements. Get everyone ready—we'll depart once preparations are complete."
"Yes, Lord Leno!"
As his order spread, all of Amazon Lily burst into action, organizing everything in a swift and orderly fashion.
With Hancock accompanying him, Leno selected several nearby islands rich in resources. Using his power, he lifted them into the air one by one to bring along.
Before long—
With a thunderous rumble, Amazon Lily slowly began to rise. The citizens, already forewarned, remained calm.
But as the island climbed higher and higher, awe and astonishment filled the air.
"We're… in the sky now?"
"Yes! Look—you can reach out and touch the clouds! It's unbelievable!"
"It's Lord Leno's power! He's incredible—he made the whole island fly!"
Once the trembling ceased, calm returned to the royal palace. Standing before the hall, Leno looked down at the citizens below, feeling a quiet admiration.
"A nation held up entirely by women… truly remarkable. I just hope this relocation doesn't fill them with regret. Leaving one's homeland is never easy."
"It won't, Lord Leno," Hancock replied with a soft smile. "If we had your power, we'd have left long ago. Who would willingly live in the Calm Belt under such harsh conditions?"
The smooth transition surprised Leno—he'd expected chaos.
Listening to Hancock's explanation, he finally understood. They'd long grown weary of their dangerous surroundings.
Thinking of the World Government's machinations, Leno nodded thoughtfully.
"You're right. I've heard the World Government has developed technology that allows safe travel through the Calm Belt. Moving away now not only ensures your safety but also frees your people from the threat of Sea Kings."
At that, Elder Nyon's eyes widened in shock.
"What?! A vessel that can safely cross the Calm Belt? Are you serious?"
"Of course. With Vegapunk's 'super brain,' something like that is nothing to him."
Elder Nyon's face darkened. "Then… the World Government has been plotting against Amazon Lily all along?"
"Not exactly," Leno replied coolly. "You were probably just collateral. Conquering the Calm Belt strengthens their grip over the Four Seas."
He shot the old woman a sidelong glance and continued leisurely,
"As long as they control the Four Seas, the World Government can act without fear. As for targeting Amazon Lily…"
"If this recent incident hadn't happened, the 'Seven Warlords of the Sea' system would've been abolished within a few years anyway. That would've been the perfect time for them to move against you. This just sped things up."
"What?!" Elder Nyon and the Sandersonia sisters gasped, eyes wide with disbelief.
