Village of Konoha : Ninja village affiliated to the Fire Country by an agreement between the Hokage (Konoha's leader) and the Lord of the Fire Country. The most powerful ninja village in the world.

Water Country : One of the five largest countries in the world. Lives in peace thanks to the ninja village of Kiri.
Village of Kiri: Ninja village affiliated to the Water Country by an agreement between the Mizukage (Kiri's leader) and the Lord of the Water Country. The 3rd most powerful ninja village in the world.

Uchiha Clan : The former 2nd most powerful ninja clan of Konoha. Renowned for his innate mastery of Katon and Sharingan dojutsu heritage, offering enhanced sensoriality, reaction time, genjutsu skills and the ability to copy opposing techniques. Can access the Mangekyou Sharingan, giving them unique abilities for each user.

Izumi Uchiha : Woman, age 15 (death 12), former Chunin of Konoha.
