Chapter 5 - Part 5 - The Nightshow Arc

Suddenly, someone knocked on his room door. Fahad tried to look through the glass door and saw that it was Huraira.

Fahad knew that Huraira would never recognize him and that Huraira would never be able to do anything to him.

Fahad calmly opened the door and started talking to him very calmly and confidently.

Huraira asked Fahad, "Is your name Albarto Marcus?" Fahad calmly replied in the affirmative, "Yes. My name is Albarto Marcus. How can I help you, sir?" Huraira replied, "I am Detective Huraira. I am in charge of a case named The Gentleman, and we somehow found that he is slightly involved in your business. Want to explain?"

Fahad understood immediately that Huraira was trying to make him talk. Huraira actually suspected Fahad. Fahad was silent for a moment, then looked at the officer next to Huraira and said to him,

"The officer next to you, who works with you—could he be The Gentleman? You know him but not completely. In the same way, there are more than a few hundred people working in my company. I know them but not completely. You were stupid to come to me. You should have contacted my company directly."

Huraira said to Fahad with a smile, "I hope to see you again, Mr. Albarto Marcus."

Then Fahad took the microphone out of the door lock and closed the door. Actually, Huraira had put a microphone in the lock of Fahad's door while he was talking to him. But Huraira didn't understand that it wasn't so easy to fool Fahad.

Fahad took the microphone in his hand and broke it with two fingers.

Huraira lost to Fahad again. Huraira knew that this Albarto was Fahad, and Fahad was The Gentleman. But he didn't have any proper evidence to present. Still, his heart kept saying that Fahad was The Gentleman.

Eight months ago, Huraira had learned about this Fahad during an investigation. But until today, he had never seen Fahad with his own eyes. He only knew his name. Somehow Huraira had found a small connection between Fahad and The Gentleman.

At Night…

Fahad was sitting in a shop drinking. Then Huraira came and sat next to him and said, "Mr. Albarto Marcus. I know you are Fahad, and you are The Gentleman."

Fahad smiled at him and asked, "Suppose I am The Gentleman. And I am sitting right now next to you. You know that I am The Gentleman. So, why don't you arrest me?" And he added, "Okay. Now I am telling you. My name is Fahad Al Karim. I am The Gentleman. I am the one who killed your detective comrades. I dare you to arrest me!"

Huraira was silent. He didn't know what to answer. Then Fahad spoke again.

"Mr. Huraira. You have no more than 5 minutes. Get to the Minar Bridge as quickly as possible, or more of your comrades will die."

Without saying another word, Huraira quickly set off towards the Minar Bridge. When he reached the Minar Bridge, it had already been 5 minutes. And immediately, the Minar Bridge exploded.

There was a fair there that day. The night sky was filled with fireworks.

Fahad was standing on the roof of a building, enjoying the scene of the explosion along with the fireworks, and said,

"That's the perfect nightshow ever."

Huraira's heart was breaking with grief. All the people close to him had died. Then, with tear-stained eyes, he looked up at Fahad.

Fahad also saw him. And after looking at Huraira, he disappeared into the night air.

Now Huraira had only one goal: to defeat The Gentleman at any cost.

On the other hand, Fahad now left Huraira alone and continued with his next move. But Fahad knew very well that Huraira could cause big problems with his bigger plans. For this reason, Fahad always had a plan B ready.

Fahad kept thinking more about that green car. He kept looking at that CCTV camera again and again.

When Fahad searched for the car's picture on Google, he found out that the model of the car was a 2000 BMW 750iL Green. He also learned that in 2000, only 14 people from this country had bought this car.

Fahad wrote down the names of those 14 people in his notebook, along with their addresses. He looked at the pictures of those 14 people carefully, but he couldn't recognize any of them.

Fahad had two thoughts running through his mind now. The first was that one of these 14 people might have killed his brother. Or maybe, the murderer had stolen the car of one of these 14 people, killed his brother, and brought him back in this car.

Fahad wrote these two things down in his notebook.

Actually, Fahad would write down everything he thought and suspected in a notebook.

Now Fahad's plan was to go to the homes of these 14 people and find out everything. Then, after planning everything, he fell asleep at night.
