Leo Parker is the cousin of Peter Parker and the son of Ben and May Parker from the MCU.
He didn't want to be a hero or a hero's cousin, so Leo took his family and escaped America.
Who knows? One day, a Deviant attacked him, and at the critical moment he awakened the Villain Template.
But something happened: he begged the Villain Template system for 100% template power to save his family. So the system struck the deal, and it mutated. Because of this, he gained access to another reality, which was called the HP universe at the time of the Marauder era
