"You didn't tell anyone you were coming," Luciano whispered into her ears.
"Hmmm, I wish you would stay glued to me like this for a while. You smell so delicious, Luce."
Luciano swiftly stepped back, creating a small distance between them.
"Don't start," he warned.
She cackled.
"Your Daniela is looking at us right now with fumes bursting from her eyes. I just want her to comburst. You know you're my brother for life."
His forehead formed a wrinkle pool, as his gaze trailed down.
Daniela stared daggers at him when their gaze locked.
He blew her a kiss, and suddenly, she was blushing again.
"She's so easy. It would have been too pathetic if it wasn't so funny."
"Eva?"
"Fine," she rolled her eyes. "Can we talk somewhere more private? This information I have for you is too important to stumble into just anyone's ears."
Luciano turned immediately towards the exit.
Eva could play all day, but when it was time for business, it was time for business.
Together, they walked into his office in the club area.
"Tell me you're not about to give me bad news," he said as he took his seat, and gestured for her to take hers.
She shrugged, which had her breasts jiggling.
"Depends on your perspective, I guess." She sat down across from him, and leaned out.
Any other man would not be able to peel his eyes off her jugs that spilled like clouds, but Luciano was used to it, so he kept his gaze straight on her face.
"Talk to me." He encouraged with a nudge.
"It's about Valentina Quinn."
Luciano inhaled sharply. He had managed to keep the thoughts of the girl away, but now he was right back to square one.
"What about her?"
"She can't leave for the states just yet. Matter of fact, she can't even leave your home. She has to stay."
"What the fuck? Who gave this stupid instruction? The girl has to leave. She has already been told she'll be leaving."
"Adin found something that apparently links her to the US government. He's trying to crack the code. All he says is that the government wants her, and is keeping an eye out for her. You know she's a pretty big deal if that's the case."
Luciano's brows creased, as he wiggled his nose, smelling something foul.
"I thought the government involvement was just covering the fact of the air crash? Didn't Adin confirm this himself? That's why the girls are leaving."
Eva sighed. "You think I understand any of this myself? Still we need to give Adin some time to figure it out. You put him there for a reason. I'm certain you trust him enough, don't you?"
Luciano reclined back into his seat, and took a deep breath. "How long is this investigation supposed to take?"
"He says give or take, two days at most."
"He couldn't just send an email then? You had to hop on a plane?" He eyed her.
Eva smiled. "I can't come see my men anymore?" She lifted a mischievous brow.
"Whatever. Now I have to tell the girl she's staying. And with her temper, God help us all." His hand reached out for the telephone, and dialled a number.
"Luce?" Elio answered on the first ring.
"Go bring the girls into my office," he said, and ended the call.
"So she has a temper huh?" Eva asked, rising to her feet.
"An audacious one at that," he replied with a straight face.
"I heard she's extremely gorgeous though. And you know me. Anyone who is a threat to that bratty fiance of yours is absolutely my friend. I don't even need to meet her to know I already like her," she laughed sinisterly.
"Yeah, keep me out of the drama. You're leaving already?"
"Leaving club Neravalle? Heck no! I'm going to dance. See you later!" She waved him goodbye, and was immediately on her way out.
Luciano ran a hand through his hair, and let out a huge sigh.
"She's staying," he whispered.
When he had gotten the results from the investigation, he had felt a little reluctant informing them.
But a promise was a promise.
"You play dirty games, universe," he said, shaking his head.
A knock sounded on the door, and he rolled his eyes. "What did you forget now?"
The door opened, and instead of Eva, Daniela walked in.
"Hey babe," she grinned from ear to ear.
"Amore, why are you–"
She hurried towards him, and dropped to his lap, silencing him.
"I want you to fuck me," she whispered, and started to kiss him before he could react.
****
Elio formed a big smile on his face, as he knocked on the door.
Valentina and Natalia both looked at themselves.
"You think they're here to take us away?" Natalia trembled with happiness.
"I think so, Natty. We're finally leaving," she said, as she jumped to her feet, and hurried to the door.
Breathing out to relax her erratic nerves, she opened the door.
Her brow instantly furrowed when she saw Elio standing in front of her with a weird smile on his face.
"Jesus Christ, this woman!" He breathed out unashamedly, on seeing Valentina.
He had specifically asked Sonia to bring the girls some clothes, as parting gifts.
Sonia had definitely chosen the right fit for her.
Jean shorts that showed off her long legs, and a button down top with just the first button actually buttoned, revealing a peek of her perfectly round breasts, and bare stomach.
"What?" She snapped a finger across his face when he just kept on looking at her with drooling eyes.
"You are the most perfect woman in the world," he blurted.
She rolled her eyes hard. "Are we leaving now or what?"
He blinked, coming back to his senses. "Oh, about that, Luce wants to see both you and Natalia."
Her heart instantly skipped a beat.
Luciano had made it very clear he won't be seeing her again if her words were true, as she would be leaving immediately.
If he wanted to see them, could that be as a result of anything good?
"Should we bring our things along?"
"Uhmm, he didn't mention that, so I guess he just wants to see both of you.
Her heart began to pound heavily. "Please wait here."
She closed the door, and went back to Natalia.
"I heard," Natalia quickly said. "Do you think everything is fine? Have we been—"
Valentina placed a silencing finger on her lips, and Natalia quickly quieted down.
"Let's just go and be prepared for anything," she said, but bit her lips, which was the biggest indicator of how nervous she was.
Natalia spotted it too. If Valentina was worried, then they were probably in huge trouble.
However, she kept her mouth sealed, not wanting to add more worries to them.
"We're here," Valentina said, as she walked to the door together with Natalia.
"Hi Natty! Still interested in the race thing? You can stay back one more day because it's happening tomorrow."
"Nice to see you too, Elio," she said.
He got the message, and chuckled. "Alright, let's go."
Valentina and Natalia stayed glued together as they walked behind Elio.
"You know you could just walk beside me, right?" Elio tried to engage them, but when they didn't respond, he got the message again.
He followed through a path that was free of other bodies, and fast enough to reach where he was headed.
Valentina relented in her observation when she noticed it was just one long white wall blended into one no matter how much they walked.
"This fucking place," she thought.
Finally, Elio led them into the soundproofed hall.
Although it was the same path where the club was, the noise coming from the club was blocked so no stranger could tell where exactly the club was located.
"Here we go!" He said, and knocked on the door.
Daniela glared at the door.
"See? I told you we couldn't because we'll have company soon," Luciano said to her.
"What stupid company. Come in!" She screamed angrily and in frustration at the top of her voice.
Elio pushed the door open and walked in first.
Daniela hissed. "So it's just El–"
Her words slammed back into her mouth when Natalia too walked in, and then—Valentina.
