Valentina spent the rest of the day, with the vinyl player on, whilst she paced back and forth in her room.
Someone could elbow her straight in the brain, and she still wouldn't be able to understand how Luciano was able to resist her.
"This is pathetic!" She told herself over and over again, yet she just couldn't stop thinking about it.
She fell to the ground and buried her face in her palm. "Ugh, you lost it! Was Madam wrong? She said no man could resist me and I don't even need to put in effort. I actually put in effort this time. Oh my God, this is so embarrassing!"
Her hand wasn't enough to cover her shame, and so she tried her pillow.
She could still feel her shame slipping in, so in one last desperate attempt, she buried her head completely in her duvet.
Then it became too dark, and her thoughts grew louder than the music.
"Ugh!" She screamed in frustration, jumped out of bed, and marched into the bathroom.
