In the vastness of space, a spaceship resembling a white van floated aimlessly among countless stars. Inside the spacecraft…
Rese was organizing things in a small room. She opened a box filled with numerous books.
"Huh… where did it go? My new novel should be in this box… or did I leave it somewhere else? Oh no, that's terrible—I just bought it, and I've only read two pages!" She scratched her head, messing up her hair in frustration.
"Think… think…"
Eugene, sitting by the window inside the spacecraft, glanced down and noticed a book lying under the seat. She bent down and picked it up.
"Huh… what's this? 'First Love at a Glance'? That's a weird title. Well, I guess I can read a bit—probably belongs to that glasses girl anyway."
Eugene opened the book and started reading while sitting inside the spaceship.
At that moment, Rese came out of the room and shouted loudly:
"Hey! That's my new novel! Red-haired girl… I knew you'd be up to some trickery. That means you stole my book! Give it back!"
Eugene, hearing this, looked up from the book in her hands and said:
"Wait a minute. I just saw it on the floor, so I picked it up. You must've dropped it yourself… Besides, can't I read it a little, glasses girl?"
Rese frowned for a moment but then broke into a wide, teasing smile. She raised both hands toward Eugene and said:
"You… wouldn't understand this kind of thing anyway… love, do you understand it? Huh… huh… huh."
Eugene, still reading, looked at Rese with a calm expression and smiled faintly.
"I understand. Why wouldn't I? I've grown up before you, glasses girl."
Rese's face turned red with anger as she straightened up and twisted her hands, saying:
"How could you possibly understand better than me? I love my master so much! My love for him is overflowing!"
Blushing, Rese twisted her body and shouted:
"Master, I love you!"
Eugene's face also flushed.
"Really? You think that's a lot of love, glasses girl? That's just a child's love. You wouldn't understand true adult love."
The two argued non-stop. Rese reached out to grab the book, but Eugene held it up with one arm, pushing Rese's head back like a spring doll.
"Give me back my treasure!"
"Wait! Can't I just borrow it for a bit, glasses girl?"
Kai, hearing this, was calmly piloting the spacecraft, checking their position. In a calm, collected tone, he said:
"Both of you, stop arguing. We're about to reach planet Sephida."
At Kai's words, the two immediately fell silent, as if fully obedient.
Eugene turned to Kai and returned the book to Rese. Rese said:
"Fine, you can read it this time. But my love for my master is real, just so you know."
Eugene looked at Rese with a playful expression:
"Yeah, yeah… real love, huh?"
As Kai guided the spacecraft toward Sephida, a small planet appeared. It looked like a dwarf planet, surrounded by a blue atmospheric layer, like a transparent barrier. Inside, the surface was gray, resembling the moon, but the planet itself seemed barren and empty.
On this lonely planet, a mysterious girl sat by herself.
Seeing this, Kai immediately guided the spacecraft to land.
Crash! The spacecraft touched down on the surface of Sephida.
A mysterious pink-haired girl approached the spacecraft. Kai opened the door and stepped out, followed by Eugene and Rese.
"Hello, visitors. I am Sephira—the one you've been searching for," she said.
Everyone was slightly surprised by her words, thinking simultaneously:
"So this is Sephira, ruler of the southwestern continent?"
Rese immediately approached Sephira, curiosity evident. She walked around her and said:
"Are you really the one? Why was it so easy to find you?"
Sephira stood tall, holding a crystal orb in her hand. She replied calmly to Rese:
"Yes, it's really me. The reason it was so easy to find me is that I wanted you to. And everything that has happened… is the result of fate that has already been set."
