Chapter 6 - The Weapons of Another World

The morning after the wolf attack, the village was buzzing with talk of Itsuki's strange weapon. The memory of that thunderous noise the explosion of fire and metal that felled the alpha—still lingered in everyone's minds.

"It wasn't magic…" one elf whispered.

"…It was something else. Something only the Creator could wield."

Itsuki stood at the center of the clearing, the crude but functional rifle in his hands. He looked down at it, lips pressed into a thin line. A gun. I swore I'd never use something so deadly without reason… but in this world, it might save lives.

Lyra approached, her emerald eyes sharp. "That weapon of yours… it's terrifying. But it protected us. If you can make more like it…" she paused, her voice dropping to a whisper, "…we might finally stand against the monsters of this forest."

Itsuki nodded. "That's exactly what I plan to do."

He raised his hand and summoned his Creation power again. Light flared, forming the shape of more weapons: a pair of short-barreled pistols, a cross between a hunting rifle and a musket, and even a basic shotgun. He winced as his mana drained, but pushed through.

The villagers gasped, stepping back in awe at the unfamiliar tools of war.

"These are called firearms," Itsuki explained, holding up a pistol. "They're weapons from my world. With them, you'll be able to defend yourselves more effectively."

But Itsuki didn't stop there.

He knew that relying only on guns would be dangerous ammo, mana cost, and dependence could turn them into liabilities. So alongside the weapons, he created forging tools—molds, barrels, and even crude black powder mixtures giving the elves the means to maintain and reproduce what he built.

"You'll train with these," Itsuki said firmly to the gathered hunters. "But don't abandon your swords, bows, and spears. Guns are powerful, but they're not invincible. I'll train with you both with these weapons and with the blade."

The next days became a whirlwind of practice.

Elven warriors fired their first shots, flinching at the recoil, then slowly growing accustomed to the sound of gunfire echoing in the forest.

Hunters blended firearms with bows, creating new strategies Itsuki hadn't even considered.

And Itsuki himself? He split his time his Adaptation power sharpening his swordsmanship with every spar, while his knowledge of Earth weapons guided him in teaching the elves to wield firearms effectively.

Lyra often sparred with him, testing his growing skill. "You're not just a creator anymore," she said after one duel, panting as her blade nearly struck his. "You're becoming a warrior too."

Itsuki wiped sweat from his brow, grinning. "If I'm going to protect this kingdom, I need to be both."

That night, Itsuki stood on the walls of the growing village, watching the torches below as elves trained with their new weapons. His chest swelled with pride.

These people were broken… but now, they're standing again. And this is only the beginning.

He tightened his grip on the rifle slung across his back, and the sword at his hip.

In this world, I'll wield both the power of creation and the strength of my own hands. For my kingdom. For my family.

The Ultimate Creator was no longer just building a home.

He was forging an army.
