"Mom… Mom?"
Sophia was holding her hand, anxiety written all over her face.
"Sophia, stay strong. The doctor just said that although it's late-stage cancer, her condition still looks stable. It's not necessarily hopeless. I've already contacted the best doctors overseas. We'll send Mom abroad for treatment."
"Lucas… I just found my mom again. I can't accept losing her all over. If she really has to leave me, I don't know how I'll face it. Lucas, what should I do? What am I supposed to do…?"
