During the evening after their school was over midoriya and Beru arrived at the gym just like any other day but upon arrival they saw the surrounding area being heavily damaged.
The surrounding walls had fallen as if they've been hit by a truck and the road was just as bad broken with craters and cracks everywhere and so they headed towards the gym and found the police all around the place with the the gym glass broken.
As they were approaching they were stopped by the police.
"Stop don't go any further"said the policeman.
"Let them in they're members of the gym." Said a voice from inside the gym.
And so the two eventually entered the gym and saw Julius sitting on a stool with his arm bandaged and a man in coat probably a detective judging by the scene determined midoriya.
"Sensei what happened!?" Asked Beru as he looked at Julius.
"Well kid why don't you ask the authority over here" he said as he points towards the supposed detective and so the two boys looked at the detective wanting to know what happened.
"Hah ..."sighed the detective as he looked at the two boys and then at Julius who just smirked so after a bit of contemplating he decided to tell them.
"Well first of my name is detective Naomasa Tsukauchi and although I actually shouldn't be telling civilians this but considering your relationship with this man I'll make an exception this once.
You see your sensei was attacked by dangerous criminal who goes by the name of Stain he has a record for brutally attacking villains and even.... killing them on most occasions."
Hearing this the two were a bit confused and afraid as they heard that their sensei was attacked by a dangerous villain but when they heard that the villain was killing other villains then why did he attack their sensei he wasn't a villain.
"But sir if the villain was known for attacking other villains they why did he attack sensei julius?" Asked midoriya looking worried.
"Well that's becaus-" before he could finish speaking Julius cut him off with his own reply.
"He was an old acquaintance that I knew from a few years ago back when I used to essentially be a legal vigilante hahah" he started laughing as he realised what he was saying.
"Legal vigilante???" Hearing this the two boy were confused as they had never heard such a thing before as vigilantism was outlawed by the HPSC(hero public safety commission) which is the part of the government that deals with quirks .
"Yah it was a thing where they-" but before Julius could continue he was interrupted by detective Tsukauchi as he held his hand in front of his face .
"Anyway as he was saying yes the villain was an old acquaintance of his that came here to essentially cut off his connections and so your sensei fought in self defence and that's why this place is like this now."he concluded as he stared at Julius with an angry expression.
Hearing this the two were obviously worried about Julius but as they looked at him apart from his bandaged arm he was smiling at the angry expression of detective Tsukauchi and thus they eventually felt relieved completely forgetting about the whole vigilante thing.
"So I want you two to go back home and avoid the gym for a few days just in case okay?" Asked Tsukauchi as he looked at the kids who after looking towards each other eventually agreed .
"And boys remember don't forget to work out and practice your techniques even if you're not coming to the gym for a while is that clear!" Shouted Julius to which the two boys nodded and eventually left.
"They're good kids you know" he said softly to detective Tsukauchi as stood up and stretched.
"I can see that" he replied as he turned towards Julius.
"So he's gone full rogue huh Julius" he asked Julius as he took out his note and pen.
"Yup full rogue and his next targets will be heroes" replied Julius.
"Heroes huh anything else you can tell me?" He Asked once again.
"Yah he's most likely to target heroes with a lot of publicity but not high in combat prowess as he'll likely still be recovering from our fight but I could very much be wrong " said Julius as he shook his head.
" Did he tell you why he was going to target heroes...." Asked Tsukauchi as he looked at Julius with a serious expression as he wanted to know the now former vigilante turned villain Stain.
" Well you need to ask him yourself...." Said Julius as he simply looked at the detective with an unreadable expression seeing this Tsukauchi felt uncomfortable.
"You know you could be arrested for association with a villain you know " he said as a way to somehow threaten him but .
"Like I said it's something you need to ask the man himself the reason for it is something even i would agree but not the way he's approaching it" after hearing Julius say that and remain unmoving for minutes detective Tsukauchi finally let it go.
But it by no means meant that he was letting the bit of information he gathered especially about the reason part and him agreeing with it didn't escape his ears.
And so after a few more hours of interrogation he finally left Julius alone and allow for damage control to essentially fix the area.
Sitting alone in his gym Julius sat there in silence as he contemplated what to do next as he looked at the gym tv that was still playing.
"This is reporter********** reporting live from Argentina as we are looking at the new No.1 of the Nation as the old previous No.1 is stepping down .
Look it's him the new No.1 Hero of Argentina the giant dinosaur hero Ultimasaur as he takes the sta-"
Julius takes the remote to change to change the channel to a different nations news.
"We are here today for the Russian victory day parade as behind me is the marching army of Russia's proud military....wait is that .
Oh my God it's the army hero Brave March the nation's No.3 hero marching with his clone army created with his quirk-"
Julius once again changed the channel.
" I am reporting from Shanghai as we are witnessing a disaster caused by a villain that destroyed the nearby port and right now the rising new hero theDragon hero Zhulong is fighting the villain to c-"
As he kept changing channels he noticed something there were a lot of new rising heroes he wasn't familiar with .
And so he sat there contemplating about something until he eventually reaches a conclusion.
"I guess the Times are changing...man do I feel old" he laughed as he realised the situation all around the world a new generation of heroes was emerging and strong ones at that .
And so he remembered the three boys Midoriya, Bakugo and Beru .
"I guess I can train them to become the next generation here hahahahah" as he started laughing thinking about how he will train the boys the world was moving forward.
As new heroes were rising all across the world as if to somehow challenge the reign of the 13 SEATS .
And so the real story begins.
