"So anyone?" Asked DRAGON as he looked around the floor at all of the high ranking underworld powerhouses and yet not one looked at his eyes.
"I think we should just let them be" said a man who was approaching dragon with a rather smug expression but if one looked closer they could find that he was sweating in fear.
Dragon turned towards him and walked until he in front of him and as the two stood the height difference became obvious with the man standing at just about 172 cm with dragon at 220 cm as a result dragon naturally looked down at practically everyone.
"You i know you"said dragon as he points at the man's heart with his hand while grabbing the man's wings with his tail that had three claws.
"Oh I'm honoured for you to have recognised me oh great dragon" the man said as backed up a bit and bowed.
"You're that informer within the HPSC Hawks was it?"
"Well yeah a pleasure to meet you"
"..."
"...gulp"
"What's someone like you doing here at the pavilion top floor"
"That would be due to us oh dragon"
"Hmmmmnnn ah so one of All's huh"
Dragon stood there as he looks at the second man who appeared a person covered in black mist he was Kurogiri a follower of All for one.
"Yes he is our informant"he says as he bowed a bit while maintaining eye contact a feat noone had been able to accomplish today.
"Then why did he tell me to leave those heroes attempting to make an alliance free?"
"Hawk's?"
"Well truth be told generally it's because the HPSC is currently in a state of high alert and ...if you ....did take action....it'd make my job way ....to .....i don't think that's what you want hear is it?"
"No"
".... It's pity sir"
"So someone who stands at the peak of the pavilion feels pity for the surface "
"Kinda ....."
"Tell me the real reason now"

"I just think you're a bit too agressive and it's not time yet for the big bosses to act"
"Good more honest answer "
He said as nods his head while standing with his hands in his pocket while his clawed tail flail around behind him .
"Too early is that right?"
"Well yah "
"All right i won't go after the alliance but I will go after some heroes right now to release my temper on see you all soon"
And with that he turns around and leaves, leaving everyone else in stressed State as if a storm had just blew by.
"Hawks what do you think you were doing!!?'
"Truth be told i had no idea "
" What!!!??"
"Seriously though if he had really attacked the alliance now it would only solidify the fact that the alliance in an of itself is necessary and we don't need that do we now"
"I guess that does makes sense but on the other hand now you're on the dragon's radar"
"Yah I sure am lucky aren't i"
Now on the surface the dragon kept walking around the city of Tokyo looking around uninterested eventually leaving the city by night.
YOKOHAMA 12:16PM
The city was the second largest in all of Japan courtesy of being right next to the capital here the people just like in Tokyo generally slept quiet late but still it usually quiet downs by midnight.
The equipped Hero Yoroi Musha a veteran hero who had been at the business for over 4 decades now way before the time of All might or Endeavour he was originally a firm believer of the original role of heroism as a duty not as a job but with the way the world was moving he started feeling a sense of disconnect with the modern heroes.
And yet his duty still remains the same to help save guard the people of Japan as it was his duty as someone who carries the title of hero and right now he was currently taking a break of his patrol with other heroes of the current generation.
"Man there really is nothing going around here is there "said a young hero by the name of bookmark with the quirk that forces others to always return to a specific location that he marked a rescue hero.
"Well isn't it a good thing besides the whole our salary is based on our performance issues"said a heroine named flashy point with the quirk to shoot high speed energy projectile from her fingers.
"Shut will you it's break time" said the last hero with the name Tadashi with the quirk air blast a generational quirk of his family that allows him to create powerful blast of air from his hands that can destroy buildings.
All four were currently at the seaside park resting from their patrol across their respective sections and were currently following Yoroi Musha's orders as he was the most senior hero in Japan.
But as they were talking and resting Yoroi Musha stood up with his hand on his blade and looking extremely serious causing the other three to be on alert as well.
And so as they checked their surroundings they finally heard footsteps but there was something strange about it as the sound was that akin to steel boots or ...claws.
Immediately the four heroes went on full combat mode as turned towards the direction of the sound and there standing over 2m tall was a humanoid beetle with a long 3m tail ending with 3 claws wearing a Hawaiian shirt and cargo pants staring at them with glowing red eyes .
"....oh is that you Yoroi Musha?"asked the mutant quirk individual causing the other three to glance at the senior hero with confused expression.
"You ... you're the DRAGON!"
"You've gotten old boy"
"And you haven't aged a day since 2185"
"40 years huh it's been that long hah"
"What do you want?"
As Yoroi Musha slowly drew his weapon a long titanium reinforced odachi and took a stance though the other three heroes were still confused they figured that now wasn't a good time to ask details.
"Nothing other then to relieve my stress"
"So a fight huh"
"....what makes you think it's gonna be a fight "he says as he glared at them and then roared.
Immediately Tadashi used his air blast to attack dragon causing serious shockwaves and dust to fly around and flashy point to shoot her projectiles at the man after a while they stopped for the dust to settle.
But as the dust cleared there still standing just a few centimetres from his original position was dragon without a single scratch on him except for his torn clothes the heroes wondered if he had dodged their attacks but all they had to do was looking down to confirm that the man had infact taken the hit and was simply pushed back a little without any damages.
And so dragon starts walking immediately Yoroi Musha attacks with his odachi which dragon blocks with his tail causing sparks to start appearing as the two dueled flashy point kept shooting at dragon but there was no damage at all as his exoskeleton took all of the damage.
This went on for a while as the three Heroes kept fighting him with Tadashi being the only one whose attack seems to do any damage behind them Bookmark was trying to call for backup but all he found was his dead cellphone slowly all electronic devices around them started flickering and then shutting down.
As they fought dragon finally made a proper move as suddenly bend down causing Yoroi Musha to miss his slash and was consequently hit by flashy point's projectile causing him to back away which was what saved him as suddenly.
The ground cracked and burst as dragon was gone in an instant and the next thing they knew was the sound of liquid dripping and low gurgling sounds as they looked behind themselves and saw bookmark with all of his left lower torso gone heart, lungs, stomach even all of his intestines as he looked down in shock at just how fast he died.
"BOOKMARK!!!!!!!!" screamed Flashy point as she ran towards him .
"Wait don't -"Yoroi tried to warn her but she immediately had her entire head simply blown apart as her body kept running not knowing that her head was gone like a twisted headless chicken when it is butchered.
"You bastard !!!!" Yoroi screams in rage as he takes off the horn on his mask which was actually a sheath for his quirk one of the most dangerous in all of Japan MURAMASA a horn that constantly emits a light that can change temperature and size at its strongest it can reach over 8,000 °c and over 100 m long a quirk too dangerous to be used on normal criminals.
"Oh shit "said Tadashi as he backed away.
"TADASHI retreat and warn the others I'll hold him off"said Yoroi Musha as he kept staring at Dragon who was simply standing there .
And thus Tadashi ran away to get reinforcement using his quirk to repel him forward just seconds after him leaving a massive light started appearing behind him no doubt it was the legendary quirk MURAMASA at full capacity.
And then Boom a massive explosion occurred at the location with the shockwaves that it created reaching all of Yokohama waking up everyone who thought that an earthquake had occurred .
Tadashi who was closest to the explosion was knocked out by the shockwave and the next time he woke up was at a hospital the next day were he asked what happened.
"We found two bodies at the site of the explosion heavily damaged due to to the explosion though they remained the only casualties....."
"How many were injured?"
"Over 400 people were injured due to the shockwaves along with over a million on property damage"
"And what about Yoroi Musha?"
"He's currently in the ICU heavily injured and barely breathing it a miracle he survived but now even if the surgery is a success i don't think he'll be able to use his lower body anymore."
"That means"
"Yes his hero days are over"
And so came the sudden and unexpected end of Japan's longest standing top hero who had been at the top 10 for decades even becoming No.1 at one point in a single night.
People were shocked by the news of the fact that someone as strong and influential as him had been defeated so badly causing massive panic throughout the populace as something like this hadn't happened in over a decade with the incident from 5 years ago being an exception.
As for the culprit of the incident he was nowhere to be found and thus now Japan had to live with the fact that someone capable of defeating a Top 10 hero was roaming their cities.
While the underworld had a rather mixed reaction at the incident as they were happy at the fear and chaos it caused but they too were uncomfortable at the one who caused it .
A single move that was what Dragon had done a glimpse at what a member of the 13 SEATS could do and that was Chaos.
