Chapter 15 - Chapter 14

Returning home after the day in the countryside with Hyuk's sister and little Ari, Minjun felt a strange, light excitement he had never experienced before. The sound of rain beating against the car windows created an almost hypnotic atmosphere, and he noticed that his chest felt warm and his breathing quickened. He didn't even realize that the pheromones his body was producing in those moments were quietly spreading around him.

"You look a little tense," Hyuk said, giving Minjun a quick glance. "Maybe we should stop for a bite to eat on the way? There's a cozy street restaurant."

Minjun nodded, trying to hide the slight tremor in his hands. As they walked to the restaurant under a shared umbrella, the damp air was filled with the scent of rain and greenery. Their footsteps created a quiet harmony, and it felt as if even the raindrops were adjusting to their rhythm.

The restaurant smelled of something fried, slightly spicy, and inviting. They sat at a small table by the window, where the rain was drawing intricate patterns on the glass. After ordering simple dishes, they started talking about Hyuk's store, about how much effort and patience it takes to keep a business afloat, about small difficulties, unexpected deliveries, overdue bills, and the people who come and go.

"I never thought running a store would be so difficult," Minjun confessed, leaning in cautiously to hear Hyuk over the sound of the rain.

"Yeah," Hyuk smiled slightly, leaning toward Minjun as if to add warmth to his words. "But sometimes it all pays off with small joys, when you see that people appreciate what you've done."

Their conversation was simple but filled with a quiet intimacy: glances, a touch of a shoulder, a light smile when one accidentally brushed the other's hand. Minjun felt something inside him gently reach out to Hyuk, as warmth spread through his body, leaving a light tingling sensation.

After dinner, they decided to go to Hyuk's place. As soon as they opened the door, a heavy downpour started with renewed force, and the lights flickered and then went out completely.

"Great..." Hyuk mumbled with a slight smile, pulling out candles. "Well, shall we have a drink by candlelight?"

Minjun let out a small laugh, but his gaze never left Hyuk, who was slowly lighting the candles, creating a soft, golden light in the room. Shadows danced on the walls, and the rain tapped against the windows, creating an almost magical atmosphere.

Hyuk pulled out a bottle of wine his sister had given him for the store's opening. As he poured the glasses, he said, "We can relax a little tonight."

"Thanks..." Minjun leaned in slightly to meet his gaze. He felt as if the warmth of the wine and the scent of Hyuk, mixed with the light dampness of the rain, were amplifying his inner excitement.

The conversation over the glasses of wine gradually became deeper, warmer, and almost intimate. They laughed at small things, shared little memories, and then the conversation smoothly shifted to dreams and what was truly valuable. Minjun noticed how each of Hyuk's gazes lingered on him a little longer than usual, how Hyuk's subtle scent, mixed with the warmth of the wine and the damp rain outside the window, reached him, making his heart beat faster.

And he didn't immediately realize that the pheromones his own body was producing had already begun to affect Hyuk. He felt a slight tension in his Hyung's shoulders, a barely noticeable tightening of his hand around the glass, a gaze that had become more attentive, as if Hyuk was reading Minjun's every breath. Minjun felt the warmth spreading through his chest and stomach, a light shiver running down his back, making his fingers twitch nervously.

"You..." Hyuk began, and his voice trembled slightly, but instead of words, he leaned closer.

Minjun felt Hyuk's breath become almost hot on his lips. The light scent of his skin, mixed with the freshness of the rain and wine, filled Minjun's nostrils, making his head spin slightly. His heart was beating too fast, almost loudly, as if each beat echoed in his chest.

Minjun froze, his heart pounding even harder, but he instinctively felt: closer was safer. He slowly leaned in, and their lips met in a light, almost shy kiss. At first, it was gentle, quiet, like a soft whisper, like a sign of trust that it was okay to be himself. Hyuk's breath lightly mingled with his own, and the warmth of that touch slowly spread through Minjun's body, causing a flutter in his chest.

Gradually, the kiss became more persistent, turning into a confident, warm contact. Hyuk's tongue cautiously touched his lips, exploring, inviting a response. Minjun slightly parted his mouth, allowing the kiss to deepen. His heart was beating wildly, every cell in his body responding to Hyuk's warmth, to the light pressure of his hands sliding across his back and waist. He could feel his Hyung's breathing becoming more and more ragged, heard it mixing with his own, as if creating a rhythm understood only by the two of them.

Minjun's eyes opened for a moment: Hyuk's gaze was full of intense desire mixed with soft tenderness, and in that moment, Minjun realized how much he himself wanted to be there. The kiss grew more passionate, Hyuk's hands wrapped around his shoulders and back, pulling him closer, and Minjun responded, holding his waist, feeling every movement, every light, trembling gesture.

Finally, Hyuk pulled away for a second, his eyes shining with emotion, his breathing ragged, his cheeks slightly flushed. He pressed his palms to Minjun's face, barely looking away, and whispered quietly, almost hoarsely:

"You're... driving me crazy..." His voice trembled, full of tension and pleasure. "Your lips... they're... too soft... and... I... can't stop."

Minjun felt a wave of warmth and sweet excitement wash over him, his breath hitched, and his chest filled with a dizzying heat.
