Chapter 26 - Chapter C-II : Centory Kingdom Reich.

Date: 15th July, Space Era Years 100.

Location: Capital City Bistach, Planet New Hope(Later renamed to Centory)

Less than twelve hours after the coup d'état —Aelyzabeth von Thors, at only twenty-three years of age, gathered her generals, ministers, and scholars of the Bistch University in the former Parliament Hall — now renamed the Hall of Indominus Will.

Her opening address would later be immortalized in history as "The Centorian Proclamation."

"From this day forth, the name of Republic shall vanish from our history. For the people do not seek the illusion of liberty— but the certainty of order, unity, and the will unbroken."

"I hereby proclaim the foundation of the Centory Kingdom Reich, in commemoration of the 100th year of the Space Era— and as a renewal of mankind's glorious dominion across the stars."

Thunderous applause filled the chamber as the generals and nationalists rose to salute. The old republican banner was lowered.A new flag was raised — deep navy in field, bearing the Golden Star of New Hope encircled by a black swastika trimmed in silver.

By the end of that same day, the city of Bistach was officially renamed Centory, symbolizing "The New Century of Mankind."

1. Renaming of the Nation

That evening, the state media issued the official declaration:

"The Republic of New Hope has ceased to exist.""From this moment, the Fourth Centory Reich arises."

Aelyzabeth explained that Centory derived from Century—in tribute to a hundred years of interstellar civilization— while Kingdom Reich represented Order and Will embodied in sovereign unity.

News agencies from Earth instantly headlined:

"Aelyzabeth von Thors Revives Imperialism in the 22nd Century."

Yet, for the people of New Hope, pride surged. For the first time in living memory, a leader had defied Earth's influence outright.

2. The Führer of the New Order

Aelyzabeth von Thors assumed the title of Führer, or Supreme Leader of the Centory Kingdom Reich, consolidating five powers into her own hands:

1 Commander-in-Chief of all Armed Forces

2 President of the Central Government

3 Secretary-General of the State

4 Chief of Civil Administration

5 Chairwoman of the National Executive Council

She retained four principal offices for administrative continuity:

President: personally appointed by the Führer each term

Prime Minister: Dr. Erik Barystian, an autarkist economist devoted to industrial self-reliance

Speaker of the Parliament: Prof. Josef Zighaidolf, a conservative political theorist from Bistach University

Chief Justice: chosen by vote among national judges, to preserve the façade of impartial justice

Additionally, she appointed General Aelaera von Escheinsen as Regent Plenipotentiary in the event she became incapacitated.

"The title of Führer shall be hereditary within the bloodline of the House of Thors-Trabend.Those born of Thors blood shall inherit both duty and dominion."

Thus was born a new royal dynasty of the stars.

3. Abolition of the Old Constitution

Aelyzabeth abolished the Republican Constitution of New Hope, declaring Martial Law for seven days while drafting a new charter—the Constitution of the National Will.

During this period, the military and the SSC (Schtuam Schuztavle Cerlinkle) seized control of all communications.Artists, journalists, and liberal scholars were detained "for investigation."The capital fell silent — time itself seemed to hold its breath.

4. The Return to Berlyn

Aelyzabeth announced the relocation of the government back to Berlyn — the ancient capital predating New Hope's foundation.

"Berlyn is the heart of our civilization. To begin anew, we must return to the heart itself."

Thus began the Reconstruction of Berlyn, a monumental project to rebuild the city in three years, under the new name Berlyn NEVA.

5. The Purge of Corruption

That same day, Aelyzabeth ordered the National Military Tribunal to try all corrupt officials, politicians, and profiteers.

More than 19,000 were executed within twenty-four hours — publicly, under the gaze of every interstellar network.

Earth's media broadcast the images in horror. But across Centory, millions rejoiced. To them, it was "the baptism of the nation through the blood of the wicked."

6. Withdrawal from All Earth Treaties

Aelyzabeth annulled all six interplanetary agreements with Earth:

1 Revocation of extraterritorial rights for Earth citizens

2 Evacuation of all Earth military bases within 72 hours

3 Termination of all economic concessions

4 Withdrawal from the Interstellar Convention on War Law

5 Abrogation of the Paris Peace Accords — full military rearmament authorized

6 Refusal to pay any further war reparations

"Earth broke the laws of war when they invaded us — why should we obey laws that their makers defy?"

Earth's Federation condemned the act as "a rebellion against civilized order,"but the Centory Fleet fired a brilliant salute of light into the night sky —a signal seen across the system: Centory was free.

7. The Doctrine of Autarky

Aelyzabeth decreed the nation's transition from Capitalism to Autarky — an economy of total self-sufficiency.

"Our wealth shall not depend upon the coins of others, but upon the sweat of our own hands."

The state established new ministries for Heavy Industry, Automated Agriculture, and Clean Energy, each aiming to eliminate foreign dependence and secure internal abundance.

Reactions Across the Stars.

The nationalist factions hailed her as

"The Woman Who Restored the Dignity of Mankind."

The conservative council of Thailang issued a statement of support, praising her as

"A symbol of strength and sovereignty in the Space Age."

The Earth Federation, however, denounced her as

"The first dictator of the Space Era,"and called upon its allies to impose immediate sanctions.

Liberal media worldwide ran the headline:

"The Empire Rises Again in the 22nd Century."

But within Centory, the people celebrated through the night. They called her "The Mother of the Century."

That date, 15 July, Space Era 100,was forever enshrined in the Centorian calendar as

"Founding Day of the Centory Reich."

Thus ends Chapter C-II.
