After a few minutes, Zaid and Ruka reached the cave.
Zaid said, "Wait outside first. I have to check inside." His hand transformed into sharp blades, ready to fight if anything was wrong. "If something attacks, I'll handle it first," he added.Zaid stepped inside and saw his brother Boxery.
Boxery's body was badly damaged by Chucky — his legs and hands were still healing.When Boxery saw him, he smiled weakly. "Zaid… finally you came. Come, my big brother. Now you know what you have to do."Zaid said, "Boxery, go and prepare one room for me and Ruka. We will live here. And I already know what I have to do, so don't worry."
He laughed loudly — his voice echoed in the cave like a devil's roar.Then he walked outside and said, "Ruka, come inside now." His hands returned to their normal form.They both entered the cave together.
After a few minutes, Boxery's legs and hands had fully healed
.He said, "I have prepared a room for you and Ruka. You can rest and freshen up. After that, come out for dinner.
"But Ruka suddenly fell unconscious and felt dizzy.Zaid rushed to her side, his face filled with anger. "What happened, my Ruka? Boxery, go and bring water, you idiot! If she dies, I'll destroy everything!"Marcho quickly brought a bowl of water.
Zaid splashed the water on her face. After a few tense moments, Ruka slowly opened her eyes.Zaid sighed in relief. "Thank you for not leaving me… for not leaving me alone." He hugged her tightly and kissed her forehead.
Then Zaid said to Boxery, "Check her. Why did she feel dizzy?"Boxery placed his fingers on her pulse and said gently, "Ruka, how many days have you gone without eating food or drinking water?"Ruka weakly smiled at Zaid and said, "I'm fine. Don't worry."But Zaid frowned.
"Tell me the truth! Did they not give you food or water? I swear I'll never spare a single member of that Special Squad!"Ruka said softly, "It was my choice. I promised myself — when you wake up, only then will I eat food, and that too from your hands."Zaid's eyes filled with tears.
"What if I had never woken up? You should have moved on…"Ruka stopped him, pressing her hand over his mouth. "Enough. You once told me if you didn't wake up, I should live alone. But I can't, Zaid.
If you weren't here, I would have killed myself. I can't love anyone else — only you."Zaid smiled faintly. "Alright. Now you have to go to your room. I'll bring your food there."Ruka shook her head.
"No. I want to eat with everyone."Zaid said, "Okay, if you want." He picked Ruka up and took her to the dining area, setting her down gently on the chair.
Boxery also joined them at the table. Marcho served the food — rice and potato curry that he had cooked.Zaid began feeding Ruka with his hands. Ruka smiled and said, "You also have to eat food."Zaid laughed, "First, I'll feed you, then I'll eat."Ruka took a little rice in her hand and said sweetly, "Then you eat from me now."Zaid smiled and took a bite.Boxery silently watched them.
In his mind, he thought, If Zaid loses himself in the battlefield because of Ruka, it will be his downfall. His weakness is her… and I can't afford defeat because of it.After dinner, Zaid carried Ruka to their room so she could rest. But as she lay down, she saw him walking out."Where are you going?" Ruka asked softly.
Zaid replied, "Don't worry, I'm coming soon. I just have to discuss something first."He turned toward the hallway and said in a deep voice, "Boxery, come here. I need to talk to you."
