He was expecting random things to happen, as he is a trainer at Tracen, but this was on a whole other level. This is their first chat, and he doesn't waste even a single word on chit-chat and goes straight to the point.

Rumors have it that the rookie trainer only talks much with the people he is close with, so Muyaku thought that his attitude fits well with that. Muyaku doesn't specifically want to befriend the young man, but making connections is always beneficial. Especially considering that the young man is currently a rising star, given how successful his trainees are.
Maybe I can get a hint for Gold City's growth from his trainees.
