Chapter 1 - I am the fool

I am the fool, I live in the kingdoms lavish castle filling the mouths of nobles with laughter as I parade around.

I am the fool, comedic rough honesty spews from my mouth in bizarre puzzle of words and no matter whom, I receive praise.

I am the fool, I judge the kings actions in way that fascinates even I.

I am the fool, war begun and yet I smile amidst the courts table of greedy nobles.

I am the fool, I raise the morale of men never to see the age of twenty-one.

I am the fool, I question the king decisions in which he responds with an excuse of paving the way to a victorious outcome I, the fool, have yet to see.

I am the fool, news of my mother demise from the kings decisions reach me soaking in it I laugh.

I am the fool, letter in hand as the realization of my reaction crept in, the lady who raised me died and yet I feel… nothing.

I am the fool, tonight the wall looks like it's made of answers I have no questions to.

I am the fool, the mask is off, the make-ups gone and yet staring into the mirror I see him, the fool.

I am the fool, my actions begun to reflect my façade, I laugh at things so wrong that I feel wronged.

I am the fool, ready for a fool's day I glance in the mirror and all I see is me… true undressed unmake-up me, if I lay in this mirror then what lay in me?

I am the fool, I dream a bloody battle which I find so joyous and yet confusing

I am the fool, I dreamt again and again and again… six times each I realized something vital, I am not alone. We are at a tie, this body may not contain 2 souls, one of us is fake.

I am the… fool, I know another dream will take place and in such I will win. For the first time aside from the mirror I see him. A full-fledged fool wearing a doublet of fancied red and yellow dye slashings, a voided black dyes his slop trousers as he wears stylised brown poulaines shoes. An intricate motley cap he wears, his face of make-up looked like a pale porcelain mask it's upper half had the patterns of a stained-glass window with his sly eyes covered in long eyelashes.

I am the fool, finally the self-conscious bastards gone, the true fool he was. Upholding justice despite the power he had... a nuisance. The full confirmation was in the mirror, it was a honourable battle or by the standards I consider honour, trickery and demise in favour of oneself. Fully taking the body for feel it was time, let's make this world burn shall we.
