Phantom Pages

Dear Vessel,

Within this Construct lies the resting soul of a sovereign—and the knowledge you will require to guard it against those that seek to seize it.

However, remember There exist no free gift

Planets

Dense spheres, their cores throbbing with power they scarcely deserve. However, tread lightly for they are living beings expected to be treated them with respect by there inhabitants. They are ranked—from the Forgotten to the Superior. Yours? Forgotten.

I left my legacy here, not for you, not for curiosity, but because this world, like most, is beneath notice but a simple new born. Few would bother to tread here, and fewer still would comprehend what they trespass upon.

Systems(replacement for Worlds)

Collections of planets bound by proximity, influence, or shared origin. Most systems contain planets of similar rank, though anomalies exist—Forgotten planets orbiting Superior ones, usually by design, not chance.

Realms

Vast dimensions containing multiple systems. Each realm follows its own physical and metaphysical laws, shaping how power, life, and causality behave within it.

Planes

Abstract, elemental, or spiritual layers that overlap or intersect realms. Difficult to access and hostile to the unprepared. They teem with forces that do not think, feel, or exist as mortals understand.

Domains

Territories claimed and ruled by powerful entities. A domain's position and power is not fixed—it may exist on the same level as a planet, realm, or impose itself over straddled planes. Its "location" depends almost entirely on the ruler's strength and influence rather than structure.

[Planets → Systems → Realms → Planes. Domains exist alongside, within, or above, dependent on the ruler.]

The war has by now bled downward. Unfortunately, its echoes stain even the lesser realms—places once deemed too small, too dull, too insignificant to notice. There will be no refuge. Only delay.

With this power, you may endure. Perhaps you may even strike back, clawing at forces far beyond your station. Survival, after all, is a form of defiance.

But remember this well, and do not mistake it for comfort: Many whisper that knowledge is power. Well I can only, ignorance is bliss.

For one to gain Knowledge one must possess the strength to access it and most importantly to protect it against those that seek it for themselves.

Now Inheritor

You have been given the knowledge. You have inherited the power.

What you lack—utterly—is the strength to protect either.

So,

Still your tongue.

Exercise caution

Treat this knowledge as a kindness. A key to a barrier placed between your fragile existence and truths that destroy realms

Speak of it carelessly, and it will not be only me who answers.
