The blood drips continue off the pipe onto the ground as the fear and confusion coming from both their auras fill the very alley they stand in, silence surrounds them, only interrupted occasionally by their heavy breaths as the adrenaline leaves their bodies. "What did I do, Emily?" Adrian asked her breathing and drooling a little just as his hand starts to shake and he drop the pipe onto the ground, Emily quickly grabs him by the shoulders and attempts to get his attention grabbing them tightly and with gritted teeth she tells him "What do you see before you'' Adrian looks at her full of confusion, fear and some adrenaline in pairing his vision causing him to look accidentally at the man's body, anxiety and terror fills his body causing him to push her onto the ground and slams himself against the wall. Adrian begins to hyperventilate from the shock as Emily quickly reacts, jumping back onto her feet, seeing him struggling to breathe, she pins him to the wall and locks lips with him. After a moment, Adrian's body relaxed, and she breaks the lock, relaxing and taking a step back, stepping over the drunken man's body. "Oh, you" She utters in disgust before turning and pulls out a red gem from her pocket then rubbing it with her thumb "What happened, Emily?" Adrian asks full of confusion as he begins holding his head as his recent memories are cloudy, memories of him standing at the till and paying for the beer, then one of him leaving the warm store into the cold open air, the last starts with him feeling an ominous aura coming from the alley. Adrian then vomits on Emily's shoulder before sliding down the wall onto the floor as she drops something on the body, last thing he saw before slipping into unconsciousness is a blue flame filling his eyes.
"Adrian you okay?" A voice utters waking him to the sight of Kera when she was 13 standing over him with a worried expression "Kera" He responded feeling full of pain especially in his face tasting blood in his mouth leading him to lick to find it's coming from his nose, he goes to touch but Kera pulls his hand away and places a tissue against his nose causing him to wince in pain. "Kera, what happened" He asked taking hold of the tissue as she held him up against the metal bars of the playground before standing and screams "You bastard bullies" Towards a group of 9 older boys all drinking and smoking who are not even taking notice of her except one who looks up before returning to his beer "That stuff is going to kill you, you know in like 20 years" She added causing that same guy to look up but quickly returns to his drink as if he is listening but doesn't want anyone to know. "Please stop" Adrian pleaded to her as pulls himself up the bars all the while grunting and blood dripping from his nose despite the tissue he still held there "Adrian stop, please" She begged grabbing him and holding him up preparing to take away from the playground, Adrian's face is beaten and bruised with deep cuts and his nose manacled and broken almost making Kera cry seeing him like this. "Stupid fool" She told him "I didn't ask them to break my face" He respond while trying to smiling to assure her "Your mum's going to kill us" "Na, I'll take the punishment" Before she can respond with a smile the oldest of the boys yells "Hey, when you're done with the cripple come back, and we'll make you a real woman" He then makes a pelvic thrust at her as the other boys laugh and drinking, Adrian stops and looks at Kera who looks back worried began him not to react. "S, sorry Kera" Quickly he turned and with all his stand under his strength "Say that again" "Haha what" The eldest boy laughed then gave a drunken smile "Say that again" Adrian repeats struggling to catch his breath "or I'm going to, come over there …" He adds struggling to string a word together but as he tries to say another, he coughs blood and almost collapses, the moment Adrian felt like collapsing he thought about what would happen if he fell and the thought and image of Kera being raped fills his mind. "I'm going to come over there, and kick your teeth in" He yells like a banshee as a blazing fire fuels his body filling every muscle, Kera falls back feeling the pressure from his words and is stuck in shock as Adrian dashes full of fury and rage. "Adrian, no" Kera screams as he readies a fist to punch the oldest boy, who still laughing, the youngest boy dressed in a black hoodie jumps in front of the eldest and blocks Adrian's punch and the two look at each other intensely "Adrian wake"
"Adrian wake up" A male voice familiar to Adrian calls out to him "You sure you didn't kill him now" A second voice like the first says to someone else "For the fourth time I have, not touch him" A familiar female voice screams with a stomp "Calm down Em, and brother stop pissing him off" The first voice tells the other two as he starts to open his eyes to see a girl with black hair and a blue highlight over her eye "Kera?" Adrian uttered confused and tasting dry vomit in his mouth "Well he's alive boys" She told them before leaving Adrian quickly realising it's Emily and begins to figure out his surroundings "Where am I" He asks but the boys stands in front of him shocking Adrian upon seeing them "Umm, Samuel and, Ian?" He asked with confusion not sure who the boys are only that they're twins "Funny thing is that's our dad's name" Ieuan tells him with a joyful chuckle "Actually, it was almost yours at one" Samuel tells his brother "You mean I was almost, Ian Jr?" Ieuan utters with shock all the while Samuel just grins "But Mum wouldn't have it, for ethers of us, so your name was a compromise" He told his twin grabbing his shoulder and giving him a assure smile before the two start laughing "Oh fuck yourself Samuel" Ieuan laughed grabbing his brother's arm as they completely forget Adrian is there "Guy, The Boss and Mindy are almost here" Emily interrupts pushing the twins apart and smack Adrian across the face "Wake up you, if you won't answer me, you'll certainly will answer, The Boss" She adds before giving him another smack "What are you on about Emily" Adrian screamed in response as he tried to stand but feels unbalance "Woo my dude, slow now" Ieuan tells Adrian grabbing his arm and support his weight and placing him back on the chair "Your a little unstable do to the shock of seeing the destruction of someone's aura" Samuel told him "Aura, Emily what are you on about" Adrian utters as he sat down "An Aura is a manifestation of one's spiritual core, the core that ties us to the Laylines, which is connected to the spiritual core of Gaia" Samuel explains but Adrian and even Ieuan look at him confused "Bra, I don't think he's going to understand" Ieuan tells his brother with a speculative look "Yeah, I mean spiritual core, are you serious" Adrian tells them with a speculative look "Told yah" Ieuan chuckles as the door to the cabin opens and two people enter clothed in black coats, one large almost 7ft and the smaller by 2ft and seems a little chubby."You're finally here, about time" Emily utters annoyed as she walks over to them "Sorry, a few on the road on the way here" The smallest said her soft innocent voice instantly clicked with Adrian "Mindy" He uttered as she pulled down her hood and looked over in shock "Adrian?" She looked to Emily with anger "You never said it was him" Mindy utters with shock and sadness as she places her coat on the coat rack next to three others "Well he wouldn't be here if one of you three" Emily looks to the twins and then back at Mindy who all look guilty "Put him in the ground" She adds as the words going through Adrian mind shapely like a knife "You, you were going to …!" He asked unsure with a hint of fear as Emily walked up to him with an intimidating aura he sees as a black grey wave of colour around her body "Yes, kill you" Her voice echoes full of black death but something is hidden deep down in the tone a blue but all Adrian can concentrate is her intimidating aura, behind her Adrian see The Boss who has removed his coat and is unwrap something covered in a black cloth resembling the one Adrian received from his father. "Why, what did I do" He begged as the Twins held his shoulders and arms keeping him from moving "Sorry mate" Ieuan utters putting his head down and trying to look away "Me too, but it's for all of Humanity" Samuel adds as he does the same causing to gulp full of fear as he sees The Boss now wielding his Great axe in one hand looking dead eyed at him "Oh sweet jesus" Adrian cried out causing both the Twins and Mindy to wince full of sadness as tears drip from their eyes, they wish they could stop this but knew it's for the greater good. The Boss steps before Adrian takes his axe and passes it to his other hand with little effort despite its size, he analyses Adrian reading his aura seeing his is orange and a tad red making it look vermilion aura. "Another" He utters as he takes his axe in both hands and lines up his strike "But he must die" The twins wince away again and both struggle with themselves knowing this is wrong, but their training and humanity fight over whether this is right. "Can we please talk about this first, please" Adrian begs causing The Boss to hesitate as he raises his axe ready to swing, however he tells himself "He'll just be like the rest" as he fully pulls back his swing "Stop" Mindy screams full of emotion charging at The Boss but is quickly intercepted by Emily, she pins Mindy against the wall as she screams over and over again. "Please, stop I'm begging you" After a moment Emily places her hand over her mouth "It won't change anything, screaming won't change his fate" She tells Mindy who tears up as she's forced to watch as The Boss prepares to swing down at Adrian "Fuck" Samuel utters with disgust while looking at his twin who stares back with the same look "Yeah" Ieuan responds as he lets go of Adrian's arm and shoulder as The Boss swings his axe down upon him, Ieuan arms glow with red lines like blood veils into his hands that then spread into his fingertips and unite into his palm. The Boss aura flares red as he quickly see's Ieuan's intentions to block his execution of Adrian grinding his teeth in rage at his defiance of their rules of engagement 'No witnesses' Ieuan grabs the middle of the Great axe deep red brown handle and holds it back with great effort but slowly he struggles against The Boss immense strength as the same red lines appears on his arms and hands "Sam" Ieuan yells to his brother who grabs Adrian's other arm and pulls him off the table just as Ieuan is overpowered causing him to smash into the chair was, Ieuan looks to his left and is shocked upon seeing the axe head is embedded inches from his head but he is quickly picked up by the scruff of his shirt by The Boss "What are you three doing, it's for the greater good" He tells them before slamming Ieuan against the cabin wall full of fury knocking the wind from him "Humanity comes first you fool" His voice echoes full of rage filling the room stunning all within it "Now give me the boy" The Boss stares at Samuel his aura full of rage as he see's him letting go of Ieuan before standing over him and Adrian "Adrian, go" He tells Adrian before standing himself and glares back at The Boss their raging aura's mixing causing the room to fill with anger "Not again" He adds as his own arms begin to glow like The Boss's before charging towards each other, the two quickly begin each blows Samual putting his all into blow but The Boss dosen't even show a bit of effort blocking each blow. Meanwhile Mindy sensing Emily releases some pressure allowing her to take a deep breath and places her hands on the wall as red lines go up her arms, just as Emily realise Mindy pushes back knocking her to the floor hard and quickly see's Mindy's arms also covered in red lines but they lead into her puffy cheeks just below her brown eyes. Adrian looks at her and her previous sweet glowing yellow is now replaced by an orange that is almost going red "I love you sis, but Adrian has an aura you need to see, it's almost unexplainable" Mindy's cracks as the memories of Adrian sitting before Erica's grave and his aura overriding everything she was trained to do "Adrian, is to pure, I don't want him to die" Tears fill causing her to lower her guard and her aura to turn an aqua blue before being punched in the chest knocking her though and out of the cabin door, in the doorway stood Emily with a stoic look and her hands lined red "Traitor" She utters as Mindy tries but is stunned and struggles to keep her from getting of her knees "Sister, or no" Emily adds like a drone following orders all the while Adrian stand's behind her full of rage after seeing all this especially after seeing how caring Emily can be "Emily, why are you hurting her, she's your friend" He yells almost stepping up to her but Emily turns and grabs him by the throat and lifts him up "You shouldn't of saved me" She tells him with a sinister voice as she squices harder Adrian not finding the strength to even think nevermind fight "I wouldn't of needed help against such an infant Posses" She adds as she lifts him higher while Adrian begin's to let out his last few breaths "Just like you" His eyes begin to close and his consciousness begins to slip away his body becoming limp and almost lifeless

Emily drops Adrian to the floor as his face turns pale while Mindy pulls herself up the steps seeing Adrian on the brink, she pulls herself onto her knees and begins to cry at the sight of her failures. "No, god please, why Em, he was innocent" She cried as tears dripped down her face but then the cabin wall explodes as Samuel is then thrown through it by The Boss, Samuel lands on the other side of the road outside the cabin hard leaving him unconscious. "Sam'' Mindy screams upon seeing him causing her to almost collapse onto the ground again as Emily comes to stand over her "This war is horrible like all wars, you know this sister" Emily utters with a sombre tone like she regrets her actions or just attacking her allies "Adrian is good, he could have helped us instead you…" "Enough Mindy" The Boss interrupts holding the barely conscious Ieuan by his hood "He's dead, you three can barely stand nevermind fight, so just stop" His words crush Mindy's will causing her to break down in tears "Mindy it had to be done'' Emily tells Mindy but her voice cracks upon seeing Emily's face contort in pain with tears spilling out "I thought you would understand more than any of us" Mindy tells her before pulling herself to stand shaking the whole time "Every life is, saccate" She screams causing Emily to tear up as if she has heard that before wiping them away meanwhile Ieuan awakens and to see a fire burning behind Emily, The Boss seeing this drops Ieuan and charges towards ready to grab the fire which to him looks like a red and orange man with white glowing eyes. The Boss's hand misses and the fire being appears behind Emily who still grabbed by the neck and turned around in shocked to a dead eyed Adrian whose skin is pale "Holy shit" Ieuan utters upon realising it's Adrian and what he saw was his aura reawakened from his near death experience, Adrian then in a single movement punches Emily in the stomach hard causing the red lines across her body to vibrate and brake causing a blue colour field around her to break. Adrian's arm fills with red lines like the rest, causing his whole body to tense up and the impact of his punch sends her flying. All look to Adrian as he stands they stare with a mix of fear, panic and hostility mainly from The Boss who immediately grabs Adrian and knocks him out with a quick enhanced punch "Ahhhh, fuck this shit" He screams in frustration as Samuel comes up the cabin stares "Okay, who's aura was that, it was pure fire" He utters as Mindy runs over to Adrian to check his conduction, Ieuan struggles up against the wall of the cabin and grabs his brothers shoulder and tells him "Believe it or not, Adrian was the fire" Samuel is left in shock upon hearing this as Ieuan slides down the wall onto the ground "Fuck, how did he" Emily utters with great pain and struggle to breath as she lays on the deck outside the doorway, Samuel looks down at her and is even more surprised upon seeing her damage body "Fuck he took you down, good lord" He utters as see her hoody blowen apart around her chest and upper belly, her lip is bleeding, a vessel in her left eye is burst and a light nose bleed. "It's kinda impressive" He adds while getting a quick look at the curve of Emily left breast before looking to Mindy who is still looking over Adrian "He's still alive, but we may need to take him to your house" She tells him without looking away from Adrian "I'll bring the car around" The Boss tells before leaving the cabin pushing Samuel to the side who then bends down lifts Emily's head to help her breath "Yeah, those two as well" He tells her as she carefully and effortly picks up Adrian "How the fuck did he pull off a full spiritual core awakening on his own" Samuel mutters as Mindy passes him "You think he has the potential" Ieuan utters as he pulls himself against the cabin wall "Maybe, you okay brother" Samuel asked his twin looking to see dried and wet blood in around his left ear causing to worry but can feel his brother doesn't want to be fussed over "Even if he has, I'm scared that guy will end up like the rest" Samuel explains as Emily begins to breaths better and asks with a crake in her voice "Then why save him" "Because, I sick of human blood on my hands, and maybe I want to save a life instead of taking one" Samuel answers "Same, plus Adrian tidy guy" Ieuan adds with a half smile due to the pain "I, hate, you, two" She tells them with pain in her voice while clutching her chest and upper belly the source of the pain but discovers the whole in her hoody Adrian made "Fuck" Samuel and Ieuan begin to giggle a little as Ieuan manages to get a quick peek seeing most of her right breast and her black bra which was blown in half "Ieuan grow up, and Sam, I'm telling Mindy" Samuel goes white for a moment sensing Mindy standing behind him "I got her, you take your brother" Full of panic he does what she tells him and passes Emily's head lightly to Mindy while he grabs his brothers arm and pulls him them both grunting in pain, Mindy meanwhile picks Emily up like she did to Adrian "Why did you want to save him" Emily asked Mindy as she was picked by her "I saw his aura the moment he gained a resolved, a reason to live" Emily looks at her with surprised hearing the idea Adrian has a resolve "His resolved is" She asked with wonder "To slay a monster, and give an Angel rest" Mindy answers with a smile as she carries Emily from the cabin followed by the Twin as they move towards a large range rover with The Boss standing next to it "I've called ahead, he'll be ready" He uttered as Mindy begins putting in the car "He will also want to talk to you two, as well" He adds pointing at the Twins who look back nervously and worried "Now let's go" He finished as he heads to the driver's seat while Mindy places Emily next to an unconscious Adrian "Oh hey" She utters not realising he is unconscious "This is all your fault, you bastard" She adds while trying to cover herself with arms "Play nice sis" Mindy tells her as she removes her grey hoodie and passes it to Emily so she can cover herself "Thanks, but I'm not forgiving you" Emily tells her pull the hoodie over her exposed chest as Ieuan is seated next to her grunting and grasping his shoulder as it hits Emily, she bites on her lower lip and tries to hide her pain but everyone in the car can hear her wince and low grunt even over Mindy closing the passager door "Shit girl, I don't I've seen you in that kind of condition" Ieuan tells her with a half smile "Just shut up" Emily begs as she struggles to keep her eyes open "Leave her brother" Samuel tells his brother as he sits in the front passager "Non of us want to fight anymore" Mindy adds as she sits his lap before closing the door and lays against him them both breathing a sign of relife "Lets, just relax" As everyone closes their eyes to get some sleep Mindy catches The Boss's anger filled face as he turns the ignition and begins driving away from the cabin "Don't worry love, he's just an old bastard, who doesn't see his protental" Samuel tell her while wrapping his arms around her and pulls her close "Oh I can see his potential but" The Boss tells him with a surprisingly calm tone before telling them in an serious tone "Often those are the kind of Hunters who are the first casualties in battle"
