The archer thought there was an attack from another creature as he turned to face Sheila. The archer had turned away due to him unable to watch Sheila eating the Krasue.
"What happened?" He asked while already on guard.
Sheila had a look of shock on her face if he had been ambushed by a predator, her eyes kept reading the quest on the system interface. She had never killed anyone in her past life maybe a few rats and cockroaches but they weren't humans. This time is a human she has to kill in cold blood.
The archer bent down and touched Sheila before she could come back to earth. Sheila flinched at his touch.
"What happened? Are you alright?" The archer asked.
"I'm alright, thanks" Sheila replied as she stood and cleaned her hands with her gown. "If he knew that he would die in a day or two and I'm his killer, he wouldn't have asked me that," Sheila thought.
"Where do you stay?" Sheila asked. "I ran away from home"

Sheila had a look at Richard properly from behind. In the blink of an eye, they were on the other side of the portal.
In front of them stood a five-story building, built with red bricks and covered with Jersey Devil Wings, windows made with glass.
"Where are we?" Sheila asked.
"We are still in the Veil Forest, the portal is just a way to reach home quicker"
"So, you are saying we could have gotten to your home, earlier than now."
"Hmm, yes" Richard replied with his hands akimbo and a light smile.
"You had to make me walk and follow you around while you hunt!" Sheila complained with a surprised expression on her face."
Richard chuckled, "I was just making sure, you weren't a shapeshifter or beast hiding in human flesh, I don't want to bring death to my family's doorstep."
Sheila calmed after hearing his reason or rather because of the 'death' word. "Oh, I'm sorry said."
"I'm sorry too for the stress" Richard replied.

Richard led her to the guest room which was spacious for four people alone.
"Wow, this is large," Sheila said going into the room with Richard.
"Oh well, enjoy. I will be back later." He said and left with a smile on his lips.
After Richard left, Sheila located the bathroom to take a bath. As she washed herself, Sheila remembered the system. "How do I call it out?" She asked herself.

As the guards brought out their swords and moved closer to Sheila to seize her. They saw something they wouldn't live to tell the tale, Her dark skin turned white not pale, her hair also turned white and became shorter, her left hand became a paw, the size of a full-grown lion's.
As the first guard moved and saw the demonic eyes and black horns, he tried to run but he couldn't. He was stuck and sweaty. Shadowy tendrils came out from the demon's mouth and moved swiftly into the guard's mouth, eyes, nose, and ears eating him from the inside.
The guard was getting eaten up from the inside without a single blood dripping out, in two seconds the guard was all flesh and no bones.
Some attacked in panic, before their swords were raised to attack, their heads were rolling on the ground. Those who ran and screamed, escaped not. Their body was massacred beyond recognition.
After eating to her satisfaction, the demon teleported to an unknown forest.
