As John start reading about Ibn Battuta and his journey around the world, so he starts focusing on the details so he can live and visualise between the pages and awaken his mind by the knowledge ways and solutions on how the master Traveller used to do.
A second pushes another a minute follow the other and an hour tops an hour John spends his entire day reading the book absorbing and living each step Ibn Battuta took how he survived through the desert, passed oceans, forests and served a Sultan of his era.
A page after another John move with slow but steady pace flipping each page till, he hit the page where Alina have put the note in between.
John picks it up and slowly reading it trying to figure out what is it who is it from and who put it in here, while he is reading it, he discovers that it's about him and technically is from his biological parents. Which made him drop what he was doing and headed back home to ask Alina about it, while the sun is about to set.
As he gets inside and went to Alina's room, he found her sleeping, so he doesn't want to wake her up for this small note plus she had a long hellish week, thought to himself John and closed the door slowly trying his best to not make a nose and wake her up.
As he goes down the first floor, he finds Lina sitting and reading a book, surprised he gets closer and sits next to her.
"Hey, you can read as well??" asked John jokingly.
"Puff, of course I can read as well, we are daughter and son of Alina, you think she would let's us uneducated." Replied Lina with annoyance on her face.
"Yeah sure, so what are you reading? And haven't you seen Leo??" asked John.
"None of your business, and no I haven't seen him, are we done I want to get back reading." Replied Lina.
As John brushes off her cold replies and leave her alone he went to his one and only trusted person Francis.
As he is going to his place John notes Leo having a street fight with some of his old bullies there were 2 against 1, as John walks closer.
"Don't you dare get in between us brother!" Leo yelled then added "if I can't take this two out now, I won't be able to protect you in your journey!"
John surprised on Leo's determination and as well he wants to see what Leo is capable of, so he didn't reply and stood their watching him deal with his old bullies.
As they corner Leo to a wall and get ready to charge at him both at once, Leo bend down and throws a low punch to their sensitive areas, and duck in between them then jumped on the one to his right knees first to his chest with enough force to push the bully to the wall and then punches the other one to his neck and focused back on the other bully who fell down after getting his chest and back smash by Leo's knees and wall, as Leo start throwing lefts and right at him John had to intervene and stop him form finishing off this bullies, and when he did he checked on them to see if they got critical damage and turns out that they didn't take much damage since they both are older and almost twice the size of Leo.
As John grape Leo and went to Francis's house.
"Who taught you that dirty move??" asked John.
"Well Big brother Francis did, and he said it was effective since you used it on him as well." Replied Leo with innocent not knowing what he did was a dirty move.
"Well I did it to Francis as well yeah but that doesn't mean it's okay, that was a dirty move even if you win, yeah if they were your actual enemies and it's about death or survive you are allowed to use dirty moves as much as you want but in a fair fight or playing around we don't use them okay ?" says John.
"Yes, brother but still it was so much effective I didn't even need too much power to make them go on their knees." Replied Leo.
"Yeah, I know I saw you, anyway we going to check on Francis and see if he will take your training properly haha I can't have you walk around proud of punching balls Kido haha" joking John. As John knocks Francis's door.
"Omg, another guest honey we are getting famous!!" jokingly Francis then he added "Oh hey John and welcome back Leo come in."
"Yeah, no we going to be fast on you guys I know you missed your family mister UNC." Said John mocking Francis.
"Ha ha ha so not rude of you John." With so hard to hide annoyed and pissed off expression "How can I help you two?"
"Well, we come just checking on how you are doing and it by the looks you are doing just fine that's why I said we will be fast. And second this boy Leo Is copying my dirty moves and think it's something good; you taught him that dumbass so next time teach him real basic fighting skills so later Leo can make his own moves." Says John.
"I had to give him something that make him strong and dangerous when cornered as he asked, but okay man I will see what I can about it and by the way my son Arthur want to come and play and train with Leo, I gave him the go what about you?" replied Francis
"Yeah, Alina would be so much happy to finally see your kids, plus I am their uncle so he definitely can come whenever he wants." answered John.
"You heard that Arthur, told you Uncle John is nice person, sorry man they still shy from the way they treated you in their first encounter." Awkward laugh Francis hoping that John forgive his children.
"Yeah, no worries they are children and on top of that your children I will never hate them nor harm them." Replied john.
And with their last chitchat for the day John and Leo hit back their home and start getting ready to sleep.
"Hey, kid you can join me from time to time when am in the forest we can have some sparing over their if you want you can even bring Arthur with you." Says John.
"Really!! YES, I definitely will not turn that offer down, and goodnight brother and thank you for taking me in." replied Leo while rubbing his eyes from sleep.
With a warm smirk John had on his face and head to sleep. Finally having a loving mother, sister, big and young brother around him, his picture of the perfect family started to form in his mind making him extremely happy and relaxed falling asleep like a baby.
