The third system of power is called body cultivation or physical cultivation this system is different from above to as it is compatible with both immortal system and magic system, in magic system those who cultivate body are called knights and in immortal system those who cultivate body are called physical cultivators or body refiners. This system consists of nine major realms called, [level 1 body cultivator/knight to level 9 body cultivator/knight], this realm is not well defined other two realms so people prefer it less.
Host the above power systems are exclusive to humans for beasts we have other power system called beast cultivation system, this cultivation system is mainly consists of nine major realms which are, [normal beast(f rank), Qi condensation(E rank), foundation establishment(D rank), Demon core(C rank), Lord level(B rank), king level(A rank), Overlord level(A+ rank), Calamity level(S rank) and Apocalypse level(SS rank) there is also a hypothetical level of beast called World level(SSS rank) but so far no one saw beast of this level so it is considered a myth.], beast cultivation is similar to immortal system till 4th level called demon core realm after that it becomes different so having no information about it people classified their rank on the basis of destruction they can cause.

Yes, system you are very helpful now that I have a basic understanding a I need to arrange a proper teaching system for LU Xiaoran which help him to rise in power level and also, he needs to have a solid foundation. Let's start with Qi refining realm if I am right this realm is mainly focus in absorbing and refining spiritual energy in environment, so to make Lu Xiaoran reach this level I need to make him have a deeper understanding of spiritual energy which I calls "Energy X", which will further help him to actively absorb it.
