Chapter 6 - Chapter 6 Title: The Hunter’s Eyes

The first light of dawn barely touched the edges of the forest outside, but the air inside the room was thick with tension.

Arjun's wrist still throbbed from the night before—the mark pulsing, reminding him of the bond he could neither fight nor deny.

Suddenly, a chilling whisper broke the silence.

"Do you really think you're safe?"

Arjun's eyes darted toward the shadows. From the corners of the room, dark silhouettes began to emerge.

They were not ordinary humans—figures cloaked in black, their eyes glowing faintly red, each movement deliberate, predatory.

Before Arjun could react, the stranger was in front of him, a shield of heat and power radiating around him.

"Stay behind me," he said, voice calm but lethal.

Arjun's heart raced. He had never felt danger so close, yet oddly thrilling.

The stranger's eyes caught his, the smirk now sharper, more teasing than ever.

"You're trembling… from fear or desire?"

Before Arjun could answer, the first shadow lunged.

The stranger's hand shot out, fingers tracing a pattern in the air. A crimson barrier erupted, knocking the attacker back with a force that sent shivers through the room.

Arjun gasped. The raw power was mesmerizing, terrifying—and undeniably hot.

The remaining figures advanced, but the stranger moved with predatory grace, each motion a perfect blend of danger and allure.

"Watch closely," he whispered to Arjun, pulling him just behind the shield.

"The world is full of hunters… and only those who embrace their own fire survive."

Arjun felt a rush of something unfamiliar—a surge of power within himself, synced with the stranger's presence.

He raised his hands instinctively, and a soft glow emanated from his own mark. The shadows hesitated, sensing the growing strength in him.

The stranger leaned closer, lips brushing Arjun's ear.

"See? You're not just mine… you're powerful, and together we're unstoppable."

Adrenaline and desire mingled in Arjun's veins. Every word, every touch, every glance from the stranger ignited a fire inside him.

As the last shadow fell, retreating into the darkness, Arjun realized something profound:

He was no longer just a boy drawn to danger—he was part of it. Part of him now belonged entirely to the stranger, and a part of the stranger belonged to him.

The stranger pulled Arjun closer, hand still over his glowing mark.

"Good," he whispered, eyes dark with heat.

"You're learning quickly… and the night is far from over."

Arjun's pulse pounded, mixing fear, excitement, and something darker, hotter.

Every beat reminded him: this bond, this fire, was inevitable.

And he was no longer resisting....
