Himura Kenshin could take the Mihawk route, training toward becoming one of the world's great swordsmen. With Haki added in, Hiten Mitsurugi-ryu would definitely shine.
Hiten Mitsurugi-ryu is the strongest sword style in the Rurouni Kenshin world, famous for its god-speed draw slash. It includes moves like Kuzu-ryusen and Amakakeru Ryuno Hirameki, which combine powerful attacks with incredible prediction skills. By reading tiny changes in an opponent's movement, Kenshin can predict the next move. If you add Haki to that, becoming a great swordsman wouldn't be hard for him.
The same goes for Ah Xing. As the main character of Kung Fu Hustle, he's a once-in-a-million martial arts genius. After unlocking his full potential, his Buddha Palm technique made him unbeatable—even the ultimate killer, the Evil Fire Cloud Devil, couldn't match him.
His talent is amazing. While we don't know if martial arts talent equals Haki talent, with this world's power system, it should work. At the very least, using Buddha Palm will be no problem.
As for Little Demon Dragon, coming from Jackie Chan Adventures, his world is stronger overall. But on his own, without help, his power isn't that great. If he had all eight Demon Chi powers, that'd be different—but right now, he's basically just a green lizard that breathes fire and is stronger and faster than a normal person.
He should also be able to learn Haki. The question is how much talent he has. And since he's Shendu's son, maybe after fully growing, he could gain the Twelve Talismans' powers. Genichi already had the Sheep Talisman from before, which was one of Shendu's abilities.
