At the end of August, Simon Forrester led the SY design team on a two-week trip to the Northeast, while Sienna Thornton stayed behind in Brimfield to handle a case.
The law firm was doing quite well. Though most of the cases were civil, or involved sending lawyer letters and offering simple legal advice, the small profits added up. Every month's revenue was sizable, covering rent, utilities, employee salaries, and leaving the three partners with a considerable dividend at year-end.
On the Forrester Family front, Old Master Forrester was in good health, Bianca Fordham's family kept quiet like mice, Zane and his wife reconciled and returned to the United States, planning to come back for Simon's birthday in November.
On the Thornton Family side, Melinda Linton and Jenna Raines moved into Sienna Thornton's newly purchased three-bedroom apartment; the Raines Family was peaceful back home, leading to a relatively smooth and fulfilling life.
