"You're crazy!"
A man's voice suddenly came through the receiver, followed by the chaotic sounds of a struggle for the phone. Gu Yuan furrowed her brows, listening carefully to what was happening on the other side. But the noise grew louder, and then Gu Yuan heard Chi Yu's angry roar, "Let go!"
It seemed the person let go.
The phone returned to Chi Yu's hand. He nervously put the phone back to his ear and said, "Hello, Yuanyuan, are you still there?"
Gu Yuan's brows remained deeply furrowed as she asked him, "What happened?"
He replied, "Nothing, just some unruly kid trying to grab my phone, but I got it back."
"Your lies are as childish as ever," Gu Yuan said.
He was silent.
"Is it inconvenient for you to come back now? If so... you can talk to me about anything. At least my connections could provide you with more options. I can help you," she said seriously.
