"According to Article 236 of the Criminal Law, raping a woman through violence, coercion, or other means is punishable by imprisonment of more than three but less than ten years. If the victim is severely injured, dies, or suffers other serious consequences, the punishment is more than ten years of imprisonment, life imprisonment, or the death penalty."
