"Argh!"
The masked man in the yellow work overalls let out a blood-curdling scream as lightning tore through his body. The excruciating pain and numbing paralysis left him unable to fight back. Even his Armament Haki failed to completely withstand the devastating power of the thunder.
"Lightning Metallurgy!"
"I can use a bit of Armament Haki myself!"
Enel's golden staff instantly morphed into a gleaming golden spear, wrapped in strands of Armament Haki. Without hesitation, he thrust it through the paralyzed body of the masked man.
Ordinary Armament Haki could never stand against the overwhelming force of a top-tier Logia fruit user—especially those like lightning and magma, which inherently carried immense destructive and penetrating power.
"Lord Netahu!!"
The crew of masked men aboard the Yellow Lion ship dropped their cash chests, drawing their scythe-like weapons and leaping toward Enel in the air.
"Yehahaha! All of you, die!"
"30 Million Volt Thunder Serpents!"
Enel ripped his golden spear from the fallen man's body and kicked him down toward the deck. Spreading his fingers, he summoned five crackling serpents of lightning that lashed out in a deadly net toward the attackers.
"That guy's strength… it's on par with a pirate worth 500 million berries!"
Kibakun, gripping his two-and-a-half-meter-long needle, stepped back, shielding his men. His face darkened. This lightning-wielding man reminded him of Whitebeard's new division commander—Fire Fist Ace. Both flame and lightning were terrifying Logia powers. Whoever wielded them was destined to become formidable.
"He actually took out Netahu?"
Umio's reptilian pupils shrank, disbelief filling his gaze as he watched the yellow-overall-clad man crash lifelessly onto the ground.
The disturbance quickly drew the attention of the Donquixote Family. Their officers surged into the underground port to deal with the intruder.
From the rock walls, a massive figure emerged—Pica, the top executive of the Spade Army. His eyes blazed with killing intent as he glared at the stranger who had single-handedly slaughtered the Dragoo family's men.
A Logia user… the Rumble-Rumble Fruit?
He wasted no time, drawing a massive longsword, coating it swiftly in the black sheen of Armament Haki.
If this lightning man was just a newly-sailed fool, then perhaps he had a chance to kill him here and now.
"Yehahaha! Remember this name, insects! I am God Enel, the Thunder God!"
Enel stood atop the Yellow Lion's mast, golden spear in hand, shouting his declaration with maniacal laughter.
"Thunder God Enel? The arrogance!"
"He dares to call himself a god? Does he not fear the wrath of the Celestial Dragons?"
"He really is a Logia user—the Rumble-Rumble Fruit!"
The entire underground port was left in shock at his brazen words.
"Daring to cause trouble on Donquixote Family territory? Die!"
Pica launched himself from the stone wall, leaping down with his colossal sword aimed straight for Enel.
"What an awful voice… are you a woman?"
"Too slow!"
"Divine Punishment!"
Enel mockingly picked his ear before unleashing a blinding column of lightning, three meters thick, that engulfed Pica entirely.
The massive executive, wrapped in full-body Armament Haki, gritted his teeth and pressed on through the searing current, his sword still swinging downward.
"Hmph, impressive Haki."
But seeing Pica's Haki stronger than his own only fueled Enel's killing intent. He refused to believe that Haki could truly suppress a Logia. With the right mastery, his lightning could pierce through any defense.
"Crackle!"
In an instant, Enel vanished into sparks of lightning, reappearing behind Pica.
"100 Million Volt Lightning Spear!"
Eyes glowing with malice, Enel drove his golden spear into Pica's armored body, unleashing an eruption of electricity that lit up the entire port.
"Ughahh!"
Pica coughed blood, his defenses cracking under the onslaught. Enel's speed was monstrous—on par with Admiral Kizaru. There was no way to keep up. All he could do was endure.
"Chohaha! Looks like Doflamingo's top executive can't handle this 'Thunder God.' I'm out!"
Kibakun laughed sharply. He had no interest in watching further. His priority was securing his goods before this insane Logia user destroyed them.
Rushing to his cargo, he jabbed his massive needle.
Pop!
With a sound like bursting balloons, the crates shriveled as though deflated. His underlings quickly folded and packed the shrunken goods into their cases.
This was Kibakun the Piercer, cousin to the infamous Hider Kiberson. A Paramecia user of the Pop-Pop Fruit, with a bounty of 233 million berries. His power allowed him to "pop" any object like a balloon, regardless of size. Even living creatures were not exempt.
A cruel sadist, he was rumored to collect rare animals, beautiful women, pirates, and even marines—displayed grotesquely as his "balloon trophies."
"Tch. We're leaving too."
Umio, seeing Kibakun retreat, gave the same order. He had no intention of dealing with the West Sea's cargo now. The port was about to become a bloodbath.
No one knew if the Dragoo Family's Undertaker Drago Paikuro would retaliate against Doflamingo after this humiliation. And as for this sudden lightning warrior—was he a rogue newcomer, or backed by some greater force? Either way, the seas had just gained another dangerous Logia user, as fearsome as Fire Fist Ace.
As the underground powers began to flee with their cargo, the air above the port shimmered. A colossal crimson dragon materialized, its scales glowing like molten steel.
"I think I've found an interesting ability…"
Still cloaked in partial transparency, Souta Kiryuu revealed his form, tossing Capone Bege onto the Yellow Lion before soaring straight toward the lanky man with the giant needle.
"A dragon!?"
"Beast Kaido? No—it's Souta Kiryuu!"
"How the hell did he find this port!?"
"Run! This lunatic killed a Celestial Dragon!"
"That monster's bounty is over 1 billion berries!"
Panic tore through the underground port as Souta descended, his massive dragon form blotting out the ceiling lights.
The Donquixote officers scrambled in—Gladius the Puncture-Man, Senor Pink the Swimmer, Lao G—but Diamante was still tied up at the colosseum, and Trebol remained guarding Sugar.
Souta's eyes burned with excitement. The Piercer's Paramecia ability was far too intriguing to pass up.
Umio, watching the scene unfold, actually chuckled. That twisted freak Kibakun had finally found himself a worthy predator.
"Why me!?"
Kibakun's face drained of color as the crimson dragon barreled toward him, roaring with unstoppable fury.
