Alan directly took Natalie Vaughn to the fourth floor. He changed his earlier playful demeanor and looked at her with a serious face.
Solemnly.
"Miss Kristin, do you love Zane?"
Natalie Vaughn didn't expect Alan to ask such a question. She stared at the transformed Alan, pondering the reason behind his question.
She couldn't figure it out.
"Why would you ask that?"
"Because Zane actually returned to Brythania just to accompany you, which shows he really loves you. He clearly regards racing as his life, but you are the reason he returned to headquarters. I want to know if you love him; I want to know if his love is worth it."
.... It turns out to be... such a simple thought.
Natalie Vaughn thought that compared to Zane's other three assistants, Alan was indeed the simplest one.
She bowed her head and contemplated for a while.
"What if I don't love him?"
