If one asks what weaknesses a Saiyan has when transformed into a Great Ape besides the tail, it is undoubtedly the eyes.
Back then, Kakarot had used the Solar Flare technique to hold off Vegeta for a long time. That was possible because the eyes, this vulnerable spot, were exposed to intense light.

Upon release, the golden dart arced perfectly through the air.
It seemed about to hit Zamasu's tail, but unexpectedly, a change occurred.
"Ah!" Blood Dragon Douluo, manifesting his Martial Soul true form, transformed into a blood-red evil dragon, intercepting the ki circular dart.
After blocking the attack, Blood Dragon Douluo fully reverted from his Martial Soul true form.
The Ki Circular Slash was a skill with extremely strong armor-piercing ability—strong enough to cut even the great king.
"Pfft~" Blood Dragon Douluo coughed up blood painfully, a deep gash carved across his strong chest.
The ki from the circular slash continued to erode inward.
"Want to move past my lord? You'll have to go through me first!" He slowly stood, wiping the blood from his mouth, eyes resolute.

"My master's favor to me is as heavy as a mountain! Without him, I could never have broken through to become a Title Douluo, achieving such cultivation."
Though he said this aloud, in his heart, he truly did not want to feel this way.
"Damn it, if this brat hadn't buried a time bomb inside me, how could I, a Title Douluo, obey this little kid?" he raged internally. "If this kid dies, so do I! I shouldn't have agreed to him in the first place."
Who would willingly obey a kid a dozen years younger, even if he was stronger?
"Favor as heavy as a mountain? Fine, fine. If you want to lick him, I can't stop you," Goku muttered with a smirk.
"But you better get out of my way! I respect your loyalty to your master… but if you dare block me today, I won't hesitate to send you to the afterlife too!"
As soon as he spoke, Goku twisted a ki energy sphere in his hand—if it hit Blood Dragon Douluo, it would be fatal.
"Dream on!" Blood Dragon Douluo roared, activating Martial Soul Manifestation. His enormous dragon claw slammed toward Goku.
"Obstinately foolish…" Goku's expression remained calm as he retracted the yellow ki sphere.
He circulated his ki, activating the eight energy spheres floating behind him.
The eight spheres slowly moved in front of him. With a thought, the spacing between them expanded gradually until they were no more than one meter around his body.
"What is he trying to do?" Blood Dragon Douluo wondered, but continued slashing with his massive claw.
"Eightfold Destructive Beams!" Goku's expression hardened, eyebrows furrowed, as he manipulated the eight spheres with his ki.
The eight pale-yellow spheres shot out beams simultaneously.
"Hmph, all show—what damage can eight lasers do…?" Blood Dragon Douluo sneered, only to have the eight destructive beams pierce through his dragon claw and strike his body directly.
"You're an old-timer, yet you underestimate others so easily?" Goku laughed, covering his face. Blood Dragon Douluo's behavior seemed childish to him.
"These Eightfold Destructive Beams took me a long time to develop, and yet you dismiss them so easily! It was this strike that once heavily injured the Chrysanthemum Douluo."
With tense legs, he leapt forward, extending his fist directly toward Blood Dragon Douluo's face.
