The consecutive ki blasts exploded against Zamasu's ribs, spine, and joints, sending up gray smoke and debris.
The brown ape's movements began to slow. He tried to swing his fists at Goku, but the overwhelming damage had drained most of his strength.
Even lifting an arm felt like a luxury, and in an instant, Zamasu collapsed to the ground, panting heavily, his eyes vacant.
When fighting an opponent of roughly equal strength—or slightly stronger—both sides take heavy hits.
Seeing the ape's movements lagging, Goku seized the opportunity.
"It's working… I'll end this with one move!" Goku paused mid-flight, eyebrows raised, and smiled at Zamasu.
His right hand's fingers curved into a claw in front of him, forming a half-circle, and his left hand mirrored it.
Both hands moved simultaneously, forming a floral-shaped pattern as countless tiny blue particles gathered between them, merging into a brilliant blue sphere.
"Haaa… (Kame)" Goku furrowed his brow, his gaze sharp.
The surrounding air seemed to freeze. The blue particles swirled faster, and the sphere in his hands grew larger.
"Ha~ (Pa)""Ha~ (Ki)""Ha~ (Ko)"
The words he shouted made everything tremble, the sound echoing in waves.
With every pulse, the air spun like a raging tornado.
Goku's expression hardened, leaving no trace of his usual goofy demeanor.
Once this attack hit, he had to use the moment of Zamasu's distraction to circle behind him and sever his tail.
Ning Rongrong peeked out from behind a rock, her eyes wide, barely daring to blink as she watched Goku.
Even the amplification from the Seven Treasure Glazed Tower had to remain uninterrupted.
If it broke… it would be over.
Zhu Zhuqing silently prayed. Having witnessed the power of Goku's Kamehameha before, she had full confidence in this attack.
"Haaa! (Po)" Goku shouted. At his final exhalation, he released the energy, and the brilliant blue beam erupted from his hands, entwined with streaks of yellow lightning.
The energy pillar widened as it surged forward, throwing dirt aside and shaking the surrounding area. Trees and fragile plants nearby splintered under the immense force.
Even the large rock Ning Rongrong hid behind suffered damage, and she clutched her head, too scared to peek again.
Zhu Zhuqing, resonating with the ki energy previously merged by Goku, could offset some of the Kamehameha's residual force.
The blue beam hit Zamasu, who sensed the immense energy rushing toward him and quickly recovered.
But it was too late.
The massive blue wave struck Zamasu's chest with a boom!
"Aaahhh!" Zamasu screamed in pain, pushed back by the Kamehameha.
He tried to block it with his hands, but the beam felt like scorching flames; the heat alone seared his flesh.
Pain wracked him, and blood spurted from his mouth. Even his fur in ape form was scorched and damaged.
"Damn it!" Zamasu cursed internally and began gathering energy.
Despite the Kamehameha's assault, he completed charging his energy cannon. With a roar, he fired a blazing orange beam to meet the blue wave.
"You still have the strength to resist?" Goku said in surprise.
"Not just that… I didn't come here just to spar!" Goku grinned mischievously.
Breaking the ki ball in his hands, the Kamehameha streak surged forward, uncontrollable like a severed snake.
Goku leaped after it, covering distance, and curved perfectly around to Zamasu's back.
At this moment, Zamasu couldn't see him.
He blasted his massive orange beam to scatter the uncontrolled Kamehameha, but he suddenly realized the ki attack was unbridled.
His enormous body brought power, yes—but it also limited his field of vision, just like a human can't see ants directly at their feet.
With his sight obstructed and the dazzling beams of energy flashing before him, it was no wonder Zamasu didn't notice Goku's movement.
"Now!" Goku smirked coldly. Zamasu's massive body was like a giant target.
Goku's right arm surged with energy, shaping the Ki Circular Slash in his hand.
"Hyaa!" Goku shouted.
The pale yellow circular blade spun forward, slicing through the air with a sharp, piercing sound.
Swoosh!Roarrr! The ape form of Zamasu screamed in pain.
The orange beam from his mouth abruptly stopped. A heavy object thudded to the ground.
His tail.
Exactly—the Ki Circular Slash had severed Zamasu's tail in one clean strike.
"Phew~" Goku exhaled, wiping sweat from his brow.
"Finally over. You really were a pain." He deactivated his Super Saiyan form, his tone annoyed.
Golden hair slowly turned black, stiff spikes softening and loosening—the classic "banana" shape.
Without his tail, Zamasu lost the "antenna" that absorbed and focused energy, like a device without power.
His brown fur dimmed, his fangs shrank to normal human teeth, and soon Zamasu returned to his human form.
Watching from nearby, Zhu Zhuqing and Ning Rongrong's eyes went wide, mouths slightly open, utterly shocked.
"How is this possible? That soul beast… turned into a human!" Zhu Zhuqing rubbed her eyes, making sure she wasn't hallucinating.
"A soul beast can become human? How is that possible?" Ning Rongrong muttered, bewildered.
The scene had completely overturned their understanding of the world.
As Zamasu fell, Goku quickly pulled a black cloth from his storage device and draped it over him, covering his exposed body.
When Zamasu transformed into the giant ape, his clothes had been shredded by his immense body.
