Leo, Lily, and the whole group stared, wide-eyed, at Niri's comment, but she wasn't done yet.
"No, Grandmama!!" Niri chirped as she felt the connection between Lily and Cyrandel more clearly. Her face bloomed with happiness.
"Oh! Grandmama is Sister Miho's Grandmama too—!"
"Niri!"
Lily suddenly turned around and grabbed Niri by both shoulders. Niri immediately turned stiff.
"That was very rude! Apologise to Her Majesty!"
"Eh?" She made a sound that suggested she didn't know what Lily was talking about.
"Don't 'eh' me. Do it now!"
Lily stepped aside and ushered Niri forward, positioning her in front of Cyrandel.
"Apologise. You don't go around calling people things like that."

"No."
"Lily, stop," Cyrandel said, making Lily fall silent.
"I am terribly sorry, Your Majesty, but—"
"I am not mad," Cyrandel interrupted in the same calm and pleasant voice.
