Chapter 46 - HER BREAKING POINT WAS MY PAIN

I watch Harlem as she walks out of the house, looking… vulnerable. A sight I never taught I would see for sure. I stare at her 'father' who looks so unbothered about telling his only daughter to never step foot into his house again. I wonder what led to this. I have a feeling she was about to tell me about it upstairs, but one of the twins who has been glaring at me since we arrived in Poland, interrupted us.

 

"Harrison, I thought you were past this? She's your daughter. OUR daughter, how long are you going to keep this up?" I hear Mrs. Tamrin's voice break as she speaks to her husband pleadingly. Yeah, I don't think he's going to change his mind today.
