Though the Captain of the Guard looked puzzled, he still picked up the struggling Puki as instructed and tossed it back into the pile.

"It was...so disgusting...ugh..." It was Bella's first time seeing those chaotic colors, and she couldn't control the nausea, only stopping when she had emptied her stomach.
Once her breathing steadied, Bella refused to go near the Pukis.
Had she not known in advance that these were friendly magic pets, she would've sliced them to pieces and tossed them into the sea to feed the fish.
Lin Jun, on the other hand, was controlling a Puki, lying despondently in the pile, too lazy to care about the sticky vomit on him.
