Adrian woke slowly, the morning light filtered softly. He blinked, tangled in Alexander's arm.
He sighed and snuggled closer to Alexander.
"Morning, my love," Alexander whispered, tightening his hand around Adrian.
Adrian smiled, "I could get used to this," he murmured, inhaling Alexander's scent.
"Then marry me for real," Alexander whispered, cupping Adrian's cheek.
Adrian opened his eyes, looking deep into Alexander's serious eyes.
"You're serious," Adrian sat up, blinking slowly.
Alexander sat beside Adrian, taking his hand in his, "I'm tired, Adrian. I'm tired of hiding us, my mother bought the Adrienne story, but for how long?" He sighed.
"I'd hate for her to find out that you're the same person, and then start to throw a tantrum, demanding we never be together. You know how the same goes—"
He turned, kneeling on the bed to face Adrian properly.
