Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: The Beginning of the Rupture

Believers have begun going missing one by one; those holding onto their faith just vanished. Many infrastructures and research projects came to a sudden halt, especially those led by the faithful. But not all vanished. Some believers still walked the earth, left behind for reasons they could not understand. But whispers spread — perhaps they had a different role to play."

"Those who remained began to feel strange stirrings within themselves — sparks of light, whispers of strength — as if heaven had marked them for something greater."

The world grew quiet… but then the silence shattered with new fear.

The dead have risen.

They were judged, and those condemned were left to rot in hell. But this judgment did not bring peace. Instead, it tore open the gates of the underworld, making hell grow bigger, wider, swallowing more of the world. From those depths, demons poured out twisted creatures born of fire and shadow, flooding the surface, bringing chaos and destruction.

Streets once bright with neon now burned red with hellfire. Fear spread fast like wildfire as everyone saw the breach was no longer just a story; it was real, and it's growing.

They say some believers were taken up to heaven, but the rest—the rest were left behind in doubt, confusion, despair. The world is now split between light and dark, with humanity's dream of reaching the stars weighed down by this terrible new war, a war for the soul itself.

Jax gripped his cybernetic arm tightly, his eyes fixed on the burning city. The Rupture—it's not just a break between worlds. It's a reckoning, a test… a storm that might consume everything humanity fought for.
