Those High Council witches had no business being here, infiltrating werewolf territory with their dark magic. Yet here they stood, weaving their spells around the prison that held my world captive.
Every fiber of my being screamed to tear through their enchantments and reach her. The magical seal they had cast was stronger than anything I had encountered before, designed specifically to keep me from Seraphine. The knowledge burned through my veins like molten silver.
