Arthur quickly opened his eyes and gazed around. Mountains reached as far as the eye could see, quickly standing up and Summoning his [leather armor] it manifested from golden sparks around his form, perfectly suiting him, next he summoned the [All time cloak] It strangely manifested from violet sparks, it formed around him, reaching to his knees, it was a long thin white cloak, with a fur lined hood, and a golden metalic piece connecting the cloak around his neck.
As Arthur finished his scan of the area, he decided to avoid any fights till morning.
Searching and luckily finding a cape, he stayed there till morning, not daring to fall a sleep.
As the strange sun rose into the air, Arthur got up from the ground and streched, slowly leaving the cave, keeping an eye on every dark corner, his head buzzed and a slight pain ran through his head, jumping to the left, he managed to avoid a giant claw in the nick of time.
As Arthur turned around and summoned his [Pale longsword], he saw the creature, it was a grotesque combination of what seemed to be other creafures. It had two giant claws that extended from its back, and multiple smaller ones from its chest area, it had four powerful and heavily armored crab like legs.
Now revealed the creature in outrage as it faildd to kill the small human, dashing forward with suprising speed, it rose one of its bigger claws and swung downwards, Arthur stepping to the side rose his longsword, at the side of the creature's torso and thrusted it forward, only for the blade to bounce off.
As Arthur's eyes widened he jumped backwards to avoid the other claw, he looked at his memory, only to see it was chipped, cursing under his breath Arthur started dodging the creature's attacks, finally seeing an opening he augmented his blade with destruction and stabbed forward directly in between the many smaller claws of the creature.
As the creature screeched surviving the blow and rose its giant claws, Arthur activated his aspect, channeling it through his blade, the creature exploded into a small violet inferno, scretching as it was incinerated from existence.
[Your memory has been destroyed.]
Arthur scowled, now without a weapon.
[You have slain an awakened monster, Cursed Centurion.]
[Your destruction grows stronger.]
Arthur's eyes slightly widened, frowning Arthur looked around, seeing no one, he looked st what remained of the creature, whitch was nothing, meaning they he would need to hunt another creature for food.
Looking around once again, now with the help of the sunlight, his eyes widened and his mouth fell open. "This is.." He poused not quite believing his rotten luck "the hollow mountains" he clenched his fists, and looked around, fully focused now.
Teacher Julius thought him first about the so called death zones and how to recognize them, and this was the most dangerous one.
Arthur looked on the same type of creature he had killed earlier, it would be harder without a weapon, but he would manage, augmenting himself, je jumped directly on the top of the creature, As it startled and got up from the ground, he quickly punched at one of the giant claws, cracking it, he summoned a slight bit of Destruction he aimed it at the multiple eyes of the creature.
As the creature snarled and howled, it started trashing around with its smaller limbs, seemingly finally understanding that human was on top of it, it slammed itself into the ground and started rolling around, stopping a few moments later it started getting up, only to receive a straight jab through its eyes and straight into its skull.
[You have slain an awakened monster, Cursed Centurion.]
[Your destruction grows stronger.]
Sighing, Arthur went to its heavily armored appendages, and ripped off one of the crab like plates that protected them, gripping the playe he chopped off its other limbs, and dug through its body to find the soul shard.
Walking back to his cave, Arthur carried a few of the creature's limbs, now without their armor.
[A/N: sorry for the wait and small chapter, was honestly supposed to a lot longer, but the sickness is draining me at a crazy rate, and it's really hard to focus in such conditions. As always a couple of questions.
1st does anyone know if there is like a website for known nightmare creatures and where they can be found? Cuz coming up with this shi gonna take a while.
2nd should I make him find the underground mines and if so, does he get the shard memory.
3rd do I make internal dialogue or just skip thst part.
