Chapter 24 - Chapter 22

I knew there was never going to be a moment where I was alone forever. (besides when I die.) Because now, I got a companion; he isn't someone actually useful, not even kind of useful like Gabriel or Kai. I don't know what to call him anymore so I'll just call him Cat.

This random guy I met is some random wimp that got here by accident; he's not even in the race! I can't imagine the people dying to get to the promised land just for some random loser like him to make it before them. I hope his ghosts haunt him forever and ever.

I chatted with him a bit, which was painful because he stuttered every second and obviously was trying to sound cool; he was playing in his backyard and then fell here. Wow.

I'm not going to mention him anymore; he left. I just wanted to mention that.

Ok so I just left. I'm in some cave with checkered floors and floating cubes walking around. Then out of nowhere I fall down. It's my horse! No, somebody riding my horse? It's some guy with long green hair and green eyes with pale skin; nothing else to him.

He stops. "Hey, sorry if I stole your horse but I need him to win." He then somehow starts to brush dirt on me with the horse I've had for my entire fucking life.

Unbelievable.

I look up in prayer but see something floating there. It probably spotted me because it slowly started to fall down and I could see them more clearly. They have glowing curly hair with multiple brown crosses in it with the words "Christ" engraved in them. They also have a halo that has Christ engraved in it all over. They wore the sky with no shoes, if that makes sense.

"Hey, I'm here to help you." He said in a surprisingly normal voice from what you'd expect from an angel from the sky. He also has a cross inside his halo just floating there.

"Also, you know the angel Kai was talking about in the shady grey? That was me. I gave you my power when that happened; now I just need to send you something to help you awaken it. "Here, take this." He drops

A letter was made of gold and I read it and it has nothing on it. "You'll know when it happens," he says and I am left confused on how to react.
