Chapter 167 - The rules!

So moving along the footsteps of Loki surely was not quite nice because I was seeing something that I never believed in, like, who even believes in gods and stuff? But I had fantasies about magic and stuff, and of course I had more fantasies of women than anything else, but seeing them here, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, and soon something caught my eye: a participant that seemed way too familiar and way too nice. Seeing her again in the arena, my heart started skipping beats because this person was none other than the Ice Goddess. Holy heavens, what could I even hope for? Like, I even got a chance to see her in person, so I was quite overwhelmed by joy also, but I knew that the slightest bit of emotion in front of others could bring calamity to me, so I remained indifferent and followed Loki to his side, and soon his entire aura changed to be more intense, and he spoke, "Now speak, brat. What in the world do you want to know, and please cut to the chase. I know who you are and what you are even capable of, as the snowy mountains surely were pretty cold, right?" Hearing his words, my eyes opened wide, and I was greatly taken aback by this sudden revelation from his side. Now I was feeling as if someone just stripped me naked in front of everybody and even kicked me in my balls—surely way too painful. Even after being insanely cautious, I was again reduced to a mere plaything, but I guess now I was truly feeling like I was standing in front of the god of deception, so I started laughing quite wholeheartedly and spoke, "Yeah-yeah, you know how hot-blooded youngersters are? We can't just stay under the sun the entire time, and it can also be said for someone who has a pretty sneaky nature like us, right?" Hearing my words, he forced a smile and looked at me with a pretty cold gaze and spoke, "Ok, so now we both know that we both can play with words pretty easily, so without wasting the precious time of the arena, let's get to the point, as the match is about to start and I don't want to end up first in elimination." Hearing his words, I was surely got the idea about the mess, so I looked at him and spoke " Ok, So tell me something about the reason, why Odin is not entering the tournament, as surely there's no way that odin isn't joining this tournament just because he doesn't want to or he has been bored from such tournaments, so tell me the real reason behind it and I will promise you something that you surely have keen eye on, something that odin didn't let either of you even catch glimpse of it, So tell me, the thing I want and I promise, i will share with you the info that can greatly help you and please don't even think about making up random bullshit because if you did then surely you will get same thing in return because I am quite miser in terms of trade, so if I got tiny bit of suspision that you are just making random lie or trying to bend the truth then I surely promise that you won't be to his treasury rather than I will personally guide you to deepest part of asgardian jail and if you know me slightest bit then surely you would know that I surely can make that happen!" Hearing my words, he gave me a pretty cold and intense stare, and after a few moments, he sighed and spoke: "First, why do you need to know about Father, and second, how could I even confirm that whatever info you are giving me is correct or not? And please don't tell me you are planning to tell me those blunt, foolish words that 'only trust makes a deal complete!' You know, in our world of deceptions, only a fool believes somebody other than himself, so I need a proper guarantee that you are giving proper information, and if your information proves to be worthwhile, then surely I will also give you something that will be worthwhile." Hearing his words, I again realized that this creep won't be easy to deal with, because one smart and one dumb person surely can trade easily, but when it comes to smart people, the trade either fails or the trade becomes the reason for wars. So mostly I was thinking about something, but then a presence emerged from the center of the ring, and an insane amount of aura started to rise, and the elder people and everybody started to stand in respect while others started to bow their heads because the person was surely out of expectations—a person that was way too unexpected to even think about appearing. A person with a real insane beauty and sage-like dressing sense, and he even had lion skin on his waist, so surely no doubt about him remained; it was the destroyer 'Shiva!' Seeing him in person, I started to regret my succession to this league because I was watching such faces that I didn't even expect the slightest bit of; like, seriously, it was more like a mythological reunion. My entire life I cursed religious bastards for sucking the money out of people's pockets by using God as a weapon, but now seeing this god with my own eyes, I was feeling that surely I have prayed to God, even when I was an atheist. But surely he seemed like a nice guy, like he had really cool expressions on his face, and he was really calm and looking quite joyful, so I was quite on edge, but seeing him leaving the arena and joining the Odin and other people, I felt somewhat relieved, and then another dazzling presence came, quite really shiny and way too good-looking, but this time many people didn't bow, and while the people who were bowing were looking quite unhappy, soon we got the reason for this: the name "Zeus" started to rise in the entire surroundings, and he also joined the Odin and others with quite joyful expressions. So seeing the mess, I looked at Loki, who was still indifferent, and he was looking at me while speaking, "So I guess you got a bit of an idea of why Odin didn't join the fight because of the meeting between the gods and demons. Today Odin told the arena administrators to use his ground for entertainment purposes while they have some talk with demons related to some stuff, so this answers your question. Now it is your turn to answer my question: where is that thing kept in his treasury?"
