Chapter 194 - Fate ?

Hearing her words, I knew that what she was saying was the truth, but it's just that our world surely became way too boring; all we have are struggles for our incomes, life, food, or shelter. Surely we don't have anything to look forward to, so I don't even feel like anybody, and maybe I could understand the rage behind her words, and this rage was causing her to take this step, but the real question that arises from her words is if we mortals truly need a disaster before development or if we thrive on that feeling of survival that makes us push our boundaries apart. There are so many questions, but soon I heard Shiva speaking: 'Goddess Hel, we can understand that you are frustrated by mortals' actions and their incompetence for not being able to change themselves. Despite knowing their flaws, they don't correct them. But even after giving them disaster, do you think it will be a permanent change and they won't ever fall back to this nature?" Hearing his words, they all looked at each other while he spoke with an indifferent face and tone: 'That's how they have developed this far. Imagine if we wouldn't have given crises in their lives; what would have become of them? Would they ever be able to develop to this point? These mortals crave chaos, and the loss in this chaos motivates them to develop or do something. It is not even about mere humans; other species are also the same, animals, plants, or other awakened creatures. All of them just won't move until they feel discomfort from that spot, so I want to turn this thing, and if they need chaos to move, then I, Hel, the death goddess, will make it their fate with the gods and demons who supported this decision." Hearing her words, I realized that even in gods, the cult guys are roaming; damn fuckers, they are not even letting gods play easy. I remember even in my previous life, I saw these types of cult people, and all had the same fucking resolution to bring the change. Why can't they understand that mortals can't change but rather can be exterminated? Hearing her words, Odin spoke this time: "Goddess Hel, you know the consequences of revolt. Despite knowing the punishment of defying the written fate of everyone, you are still talking about revolution. And who even are these people whom you are associated with?" Hearing his words, everyone again looked at her with dark expressions while she spoke: "Odin, you know how the world works, right? Despite seeing such abuse of resources for this long, all gods were silent, and why should I not think about revolting? Should I again wait for them to cross another line so that we can find an excuse to exterminate them? Why not give them what pushes them forward? If they move forward with their instinct, why don't we give them what they want already? Because I am way fed up with seeing the same story with everyone, as if they are some kind of tools or weapons. I never hear any soul coming to the afterlife with happiness or gratefulness that we gave them such a resource or that they were thankful for it. All we hear are just stories of tragedies, like how their family members died and how, in terms of resources, all they ever got was just a basic medium of survival. I am way too fed up with this shit. If we gave them this many resources, it was a right of everybody to feast on it, so why are 1 or 2% of people gobbling those resources? And due to those creeps messing around, we get blamed for every fucking shit in their life. I am way too fed up with this shit, so we are going to snatch from everyone so that they can gobble them with their efficiency, not by their ancestors' work but rather their own method of survival. And the people who are associated with us are more gods who feel the same about everything, and today on this occasion of battle, we are going to release our seals from them to the point where we will be able to control them and use them as weapons for mortals so that they can understand the real reason for resources." Hearing her words made everyone sigh because it was pretty clear what kind of mess was about to happen, and surely my ass would be the only thing that would get a revolution, so I again started to get vibes of misfortune from them, so I spoke to Miyuki in a whispering manner: "Hey, why don't we leave this matter to other gods or goddesses, and we can just leave the arena and move to our world, ok?" Hearing my words, she sighed and spoke in a sighful manner: "Kid, I know what you are thinking about, but if a high-ranking goddess of death will turn to revolt, then surely any reality won't remain unaffected, and the catastrophe that she is talking about will devour the entire world, and the world isn't limited to mere realms, so think carefully that even if we all leave this area behind, where would we even go because there won't be any place left without chaos, so how do you expect us to survive!" Hearing her words, I sighed because there was a way for us to survive, and I was not in favor of disclosing it because that factor was my wealth, and if I revealed my wealth to anyone, then I know I won't ever be enjoying my life with women, so I only had one thought: if a fight breaks out here, then my first actions would be to take Miyuki and her fellow goddesses, if they agree. to my world, where I will be picking my other beauties also and just keep travelling in the world for the rest of our lives and just live our lives together.
