Amond mid sleep heard noise of people like a crowd around him was talking nonstop. Slowly he became awake and stried to situp but his body was too weak and he couldn't feel his lower half . Instead he open his eyes fully letting the light enter his eyes . The first thing that came to his mind after seeing the surrounding was a public hospital but the space was larg enough to fit 500 + bed and all of them were full with patients and the nurses and doctors everywhere running and checking.
He not fully awaked was having trouble to comprehens the things he was seeing. An unhealthy dirty place filled with uncountable patient in the bed and in the floor and nurses were doing the works was something he couldn't imagine in mordern era . But surprisingly the medical technology they were using wasn't something to joje avout they were definitely up-to-date.
He looked around and saw in the left and in the right there were big doors and through those doors people were carrying in more people patients who were injured....gravly injured like some were missing their limbs some were bleeding horribly. It was like a historical movie scene where people were injured using sword in the war and was retreating to hospital to save as many life as possible. Amond's brain was about to explode, he was in his house with his family and was planning to see the moon and then something was missing after that missing part he was suddenly in historical movie like scene. He felling his back was able to sit up and the hemived the thin cloth that was covering his lower part body to stand up but when he did he saw something more shocking hus one leg was completely missing and another was bandaged using a thick cloth.

Amond before comprehensing his situation heard a systemic sound in his head . He looked around to see if there was a source of the sound which was clearly captured by hus brain not ear. When he looked around thre was no such thing only patients screaming doctors shouting kids crying. But when he tried to ignore the sound to find more info about his situation a screen appeared infront of him, making him remembering the system novels he read . Unconscious he tried to tap the screen which was showing a lock sign but his hand went through it . Then he thought about opening it and suddenly the ock sign start shaking sightly like it was popping from the screen but then it went back like it was in the beginning.
Before he could try anything a nurse approached him and the only thing he was able to think was removing the screen that was blocking his view and that worked the screen was not there anymore.
"Now that you are awake you need to move " that nurse said while pointing at a shit bed in the floor " There are too many patients that are more gravely injured than you are and they need the bed more" the nurses told the next line while looking at his 'leg'.
"Umm, where am I?", that's the first question Amond had after waling in a unknown place.
"Uhh! Now don't tell me you lost your memories. Do you think by acting you will be free from thus war? Well for your kind information the has ended while you were sound sleeping" the nurse with black silky hair and aged faced was clearly having a rough time and was annoyed .
'I should find mire info leter , best thing is now nit getting kicked out from here while I am a cripple '. Amond thought.
"I am not acting but I won't take your time so if you could help me to move there it will be a lot easier for bothbof us." Amond replied while thinking his situation.
After hearing a upright answer from Amond, not a complain like others thae nurse was moved so she helped amond ti the shit bed in the floor.
" If you really can't remember anything then just stay here after I get time in hand i will come to check you or send someone." saying thet the nurse left to the next patient.
Now his new sitting place was close to the right door now he could see the horror of the new coming patients more clearly. While looking around he looked next to him and saw a little girl who was mybe 7-9 years old was silently crying while laying in the shit bed covering her eyes whith her left hand . Her whole body was bandaged. Seeing the bandages ge understood that the nurses were in the edge and was annoyed with patients but yhey were treating them as much as they can in this situation.
The girl removed her hands from her eyes and looked at amond annoyingly.
" How long are you going to stare at me " the girl ask half angrily.
Amind realized he was staring at the bandages but the bandages were in the girls body so naturally she mistooke him for a crip.
"Sorry, i wasn't at my right mind cause I lost my memory and was seeing around if i could remember any. Seeing those bandages were making me remember something so I stared a bit to hard." Amond defended himself by twisting the truth.
"Well forgot it , My mother died yesterday and they just threw he body in that giant hile they dig to bury them . I am bit sad so don't mind me." She saind while trying to face the opposite side .
She started mumbling something and some word caught Amond ear.
"System , what do you mean by if you had the system?" Amond tried to know more about the screen he saw .
'So now he is even listening to the lines I mumbled ' the girl let out a sigh and again moved her small body to Amonds direction.
"Oh yeah you said you lost your momory so if course you forget about the basic concept of our world right? Then tell how are you taking should you also foget that as well?" The girl said sightly smirking thinking she saind something smart.
Niw the girl had said that even though he didn't completely lost his memory he noticed now that the language they were talking now weren't the same as earth, alteast not any that he knew about.
"You looked puzzled huh, maybe you really lost it. Then let me fill you with some basic that my mom told me" the girl tried to get up from her bed while removing the tears from her eye using her right hand and sit up " You see we all orship diffrent gods, niw don't ask what a 'God' is.. and those gods guve us duffrent power by giving us a drop if their blood and a screen appears before us from that moment and it guid us to the oath that we wish to walk or the god wants us to walk."
The girl took a pause to think more what to tell next. Amond in the other hand was thinking if this girl was telling him a fantasy story but the screen that appeared before him before was a solid prove that the girl was right .
"Oh, niw here is the thing not all people can vet abilities from a gid cause the more people they share their power with the mire weak their power gots unless the users of their power is strong enough to support their own shelves. So they chose whom to oass the power acording to their own preferences. Now there are people who doesn't want to have a ability cause some can corrupt their core or accidentally break a rule or promice they had with the gobwhose ability they use or if they try to pry into the gods doing they will turn in to a demonic beast." the girl pretty much explained all the things she learned from her mother. " Oh lastley every ability users have a disability andust necer say tht to anyone else cause tey can use it against you . Well that's pretty much everything to know about the system I was mumbling. If only I had a system form a god and a cool ability then I could Have saved my mom ."
The girl start crying again and before Amond could calm her she lay down and turned around going to sleep mode.
Now Amond had a lot of information and a half clear grasp of the reality he was in but the question was how to open the system screen which possibly could give him more info about how or why he was here.
