Singularity F – Combat Zone
The entire peak of Mount Ryuudou had long lost its original form. The earth was torn open, trees reduced to ashes, and the ground carved apart by countless gouges that still smoldered with faint blue fire. The air reeked of ozone and scorched metal, while craters flickered with golden lightning — remnants of a battle far beyond anything human.
In the heart of that desolation, two figures clashed relentlessly, moving so fast that only trails of blue-white and red-black afterimages could be seen crossing over one another again and again.
Clang! Clang! Clang!
The sound of steel colliding echoed like a death knell. Chalice swung his twin blades wreathed in Wild energy, the crimson-purple aura spiraling into a vortex. Kagami countered with Eternaledge blazing blue, every slash carving luminous tears through space itself.
They were like two stars colliding, each impact exploding light into the darkness. Neither yielded. Neither tired. Only hatred, pride, and the primal urge to survive kept their blades in motion.
Kagami caught one of Chalice's blades, parried it aside, stepped forward, and blue fire flared around his body.
"—This ends now."
BOOM!!
The entire forest shook. Chalice roared, his Wild form erupting with silver light. He lunged, twin blades whipping up a storming cyclone. Kagami blinked behind him using Zone, unleashing a Rider Punch cloaked in azure flame. Chalice drew his Reflect Card, deflecting the strike—only for Kagami to jam in the Heat Memory. Crimson fire consumed the silver barrier, the heat forcing Chalice back. His armor charred black, healing instantly as smoke poured from his body.
"Hah… hah… You're… good… But… I'm… not done yet!!" Chalice snarled, Undead blood dripping in glowing red beads, his fractured body struggling to regenerate.
Kagami chuckled darkly, blue eyes gleaming behind his visor.
"You're stubborn… but so am I!"
The immortals clashed again.
Slash — punch — kick — fire — lightning — wind.
Each impact shattered the ground, hurling stones to dust. Armor tore and reformed, blood burst and dried, flesh cracked and sealed — an endless loop of destruction and rebirth.
Chalice swept his Bio Card, emerald tendrils bursting forth, coiling around Kagami's arms and throat, draining his energy. The white armor groaned, fracturing under the pressure.
Kagami roared, Heat Memory igniting — flames erupted, burning through the tendrils, filling the air with the stench of charred flesh. He warped behind Chalice with Zone, Eternaledge slashing downward, rending the crimson armor as Undead blood sprayed like sparks.
Chalice screamed, his Mach Card flashing. In a burst of speed, he pierced through Kagami's shoulder — slash! — blood scattering across the scorched ground. Kagami staggered back, clutching his wound, Eternal Wave flickering weakly to mend it through waves of numbing pain.
"Damn it… you—!"
BOOM! BOOM!
The two collided again, like planets crashing together. Each strike shattered the land beneath their feet. Armor split, regeneration faltered — the immortal energy within them sputtering like dying flames.
Chalice spun around, unleashing a Wild Slash — golden lightning split the sky, cutting down like the scythe of death.
Kagami twisted his body, Rider Punch igniting into a Unicorn Drill Counter, a furious spiral of blue light.
BOOOOOOM!!!
The two strikes collided — blue and gold exploding together, ripping the air apart. The ground split open, the mountainside collapsing into a gaping crater. Both figures were flung backward, smashing into the rock walls, their armor fracturing under the impact.
They gasped for breath, each inhale metallic, ragged.
Kagami drove Eternaledge into the ground, blood soaking through the cracks of his armor.
"Hah… hah… You… stubborn bastard…"
Chalice knelt on one knee amidst the rubble, Wild armor veined with fissures. Then he laughed — a low, feral laugh that echoed through the ruins.
"So are you…! But I… won't stop!!"
They charged once more, slower now — but every blow carried the weight of all they had left.
The forests of Fuyuki trembled again; trees shattered, rocks burst, smoke filled the heavens.
Chalice – Lightning. Purple thunder fell like divine wrath.
Kagami – Eternal Requiem. Blue light devoured the storm whole.
Rider Kick descended — Chalice used Float to evade, Mach burst forward to stab — Kagami blinked away with Zone, countering from behind.
Bio. Heat. Tornado. Reflect. Wild. Cyclone.
All powers intertwined, weaving into an undying nightmare that made even the heavens roar.
At last, when the fire and brilliance faded, both stood on the edge of collapse.
Chalice knelt, crimson armor split to its core, Undead blood seeping and mending in rhythm with his ragged breath.
"Hah… hah… You're… impressive… but how much longer can you stand…?"
Kagami stood across from him, white armor shattered and scorched, the Eternal Wave inside flickering faintly.
"You… too… But I—"
He tightened his grip on Eternaledge, blue energy gathering, eyes burning like a torch in the void.
"—still want to beat you to death, Chalice!!"
The immortals clashed again — blue and crimson light entwining, illuminating the corpse of the mountain.
They looked less like men and more like demons torn from the depths of hell, fighting until the sky cracked and the world itself bled.
Their weapons struck again and again.
Each collision burst into blinding light — CLANG! CLANG! CLANG! — reverberating through the cliffs.
Every slash hit like a hammer, every punch shattered the ground. Fragments of armor scattered, only to regenerate with brittle cracks. Fire, lightning, wind, and blood blended together — painting a battlefield so chaotic and furious it felt like the end of the world.
Both of them were at their limits—breathing ragged, armor torn to shreds—yet neither stopped.
Every step, every strike, came not from will or strength, but from sheer instinct—the instinct of beings who simply could not die.
No ideals.
No mission.
No title of Rider.
Only two immortals left—two broken war machines, moving solely by obsession.
Blue and crimson light interwove, reflecting off the cracked visors that hid their faces.
They roared—hoarse, maddened, agonized. The sound was no longer human; it was the cry of beasts locked in eternal torment.
Now, in their minds, there was nothing left.
No reason.
No past.
Only one primal command—
Destroy the other.
Kagami seized Chalice by the arm, twisted, and slammed him into the ground with brutal force.
BOOM!
The impact shattered rock, dust surging into the air, the earth splitting open into a deep crater.
Kagami didn't pause—he spun, hurling Chalice aside, then ripped the Eternal Memory from his Lost Driver and jammed it into the Eternaledge.
The mechanical chime echoed through the ruined landscape:
[Eternal! Maximum Drive!]
The Eternal Wave erupted violently. Above them, blue energy spiraled into a blazing sphere, radiating a crushing pressure that warped the air itself. Kagami swung his arm down, voice breaking into a snarl:
"You bastard… DIE FOR ME!!"
He hurled the energy sphere downward.
Through the swirling haze of ash and smoke, Chalice rose again, crimson eyes glowing like molten coals.
He laughed—a cold, defiant sound—and smirked like a man who refused to lose even as his body crumbled.
The Wild Rouse Card gleamed across his armor. Chalice slashed it through the Chalice Rouzer, the activation roar shaking the heavens.
[Wild Cyclones!!]
Golden electricity surged around the Chalice Arrow, lightning snapping across its edge. Chalice drew the bow to its limit—then released.
The golden energy arrow shot upward, colliding head-on with the descending blue sphere.
BOOOOOOM—!!!
The two ultimate attacks met, crushing the very fabric of space.
Blue and gold merged into a single storm of annihilation, swallowing Mount Ryūdō whole.
The ground heaved, magma burst through the cracks, and the last remnants of the forest ignited.
Ash and flame twisted into a towering vortex, reaching toward the heavens like the wrath of gods unleashed.
Moments later, the smoke began to clear.
Soft, uneven clacks echoed through the charred wasteland.
From the ruins, Kagami emerged—his white armor fractured, glowing faintly as the cracks sealed themselves under the dim azure light of the Eternal Wave.
He panted, every breath scorching his lungs, yet his blue eyes behind the visor never left his opponent.
Across the field, Chalice stepped out from the haze. His crimson armor remained mostly intact, but every inhale was heavy, every movement sluggish as if he were dragging chains of lead.
He gave a hoarse, crooked laugh.
"Damn… you really are one hell of a cockroach."
Kagami scoffed, gripping the Eternaledge tighter. His wrist trembled from exhaustion, but his gaze was steady.
"And you…" he rasped, voice raw, each word ground out between clenched teeth,
"…you're no different from me—still refusing to die, huh?"
The two immortals stood apart, their ragged breaths filling the silence—
Until—
PANG! PANG! PANG!
A burst of energy rounds tore through the air from behind Kagami, slamming straight into Chalice.
"GAAAAAH!!"
Chalice roared as the blasts exploded against him, his body hurled backward, dragging across the ground and carving a long, scorched trench.
He skidded to a stop, bracing himself with his twin blades, head snapping up toward the source—eyes blazing with fury.
Kagami stiffened, instinctively turning toward the direction of the gunfire—
and his breath caught.
Not far away, atop a jagged outcrop, a golden light gleamed in the darkness.
A figure stood there—armor of radiant gold and white, sleek and sharply defined, every line sculpted with divine precision.
Upon his chest, the emblem of a golden beetle glowed faintly. The emerald Visors of his helmet pierced the night, locking onto both Chalice and Kagami with unshakable focus.
His presence radiated calm authority—majestic and immovable, like a statue of a god set amidst chaos.
In his hand, he held a massive golden firearm — the King Rouzer, its energy so dense that the ground beneath him fractured under the pressure.
At his waist gleamed a Driver, a blue card inserted face-down—
the unmistakable mark of Kamen Rider Garren.
He shifted slightly and let out a soft laugh, his voice warm with a trace of mockery:
"Why do I always find you in such a pitiful state… Saito."
Kagami's eyes widened. Eternaledge dipped slightly in his hand. A soft sound escaped in surprise:
"Tachibana-senpai!!"
Across from them, Chalice tensed at the newcomer, his voice a hissed growl:
"Kamen Rider… Garren."
Tachibana dropped down from the outcrop. The ground thudded where his boots hit, sinking a little and leaving a round crater.
He rested the King Rouzer on his shoulder and strolled forward, half-formal, half-familiar in tone:
"Long time no see, Saito… Didn't expect you in this world."
Kagami stepped up, breathless and relieved:
"Tachibana-senpai! How did you get here?!"
Tachibana let out a small laugh, though his eyes held a hint of resignation. He shrugged and loosened his grip on the King Rouzer as he spoke:
"Well, to be honest I don't really understand it either. I was at home enjoying some peace, getting ready for bed, when a blue orb suddenly showed up—called itself something like Alaya. It said its world was being 'invaded by anomalies' and asked me to come help."
He paused, his gaze sharpening as it slid to Chalice. His tone went cold:
"And I never expected… the 'anomaly' that orb mentioned would turn out to be you."
He raised the King Rouzer. The barrel leveled at Chalice as golden energy began to gather at the muzzle.
"Lucky for me, the one standing here isn't Kazuma in form… otherwise I'd be seeing that same scene again."
Kagami said nothing, only crossed his arms and nodded.
Tachibana tightened his grip on the King Rouzer. Garren's emerald Visors locked onto Chalice. He turned to Kagami, steady and resolute:
"Saito, step back. I'll handle him alone. You're exhausted—don't interfere."
Kagami's eyes widened and Eternaledge dipped slightly. He blurted, urgent:
"Eh?? But Tachibana-senpai! You don't need to go all out alone, a team—"
"No." Tachibana cut him off, voice colder now as he raised the King Rouzer and aimed it straight at Chalice. "I know what I'm doing. And I know how to deal with this. Stand down, Saito. This is my job."
Kagami hesitated for a moment, then gave a reluctant nod. He stepped back several paces, leaning against a shattered boulder as the faint blue glow of Eternal Wave slowly mended the cracks in his armor. His grip on Eternaledge tightened — ready to jump in if necessary — but he honored Tachibana's command.
Chalice scoffed. The crimson glow of his Wild armor flared as he lunged forward first, twin blades swirling into a vortex of crimson and violet light.
"Garren… you think you can take me alone? Keep dreaming!"
CLANG! BOOM!
Chalice slashed across, but Tachibana raised the King Rouzer and fired a burst of golden rounds, intercepting the strike. Explosions of light forced Chalice back. Tachibana seized the opening, leaping in; King Rouzer shifted into sword mode and came down in a blazing golden arc that tore the air apart.
Chalice swiped his Reflect Card, summoning a silver barrier that deflected the strike — but Tachibana immediately slid a Drop Card into his Rouzer.
[Drop!]
King Rouzer fired an energy bolt shaped like an arrow, piercing the shield and driving straight into Chalice's shoulder. Undead blood sprayed as he roared, spinning and activating his Mach Card. He dashed forward like lightning, stabbing toward Tachibana.
Tachibana sidestepped with fluid precision, swiping the Bullet Card:
[Bullet!]
Golden energy rounds chased Chalice from behind. Chalice roared, triggering his Bio Card — green tendrils lashed out, wrapping around Tachibana's body, draining energy with a sickening hiss.
"Damn it…!" Tachibana snarled as his armor cracked under pressure. Gritting his teeth, he swiped the Fire Card.
[Fire!]
Golden flames burst from King Rouzer's muzzle, incinerating the tendrils in a flash. The stench of burning flesh filled the air. Tachibana tore free, lunging in close — his blade slashed in tandem with fiery rounds blasting point-blank at Chalice.
Chalice staggered, his Wild armor splitting further, black Undead blood dripping as regeneration slowed. He growled, "You… won't stop me!"
He activated Tornado Card — violent gusts tore through the battlefield, forcing Tachibana back. But Tachibana swiped Thunder Card:
[Thunder!]
A surge of golden lightning burst forth, colliding with the windstorm and overpowering it, striking Chalice head-on.
BOOM! BOOM!
Chalice was hurled back, smashing into a cliff wall as chunks of red armor shattered and scattered. Tachibana didn't pause — he swiped Mach and Drop together.
[Mach! Drop!]
He shot forward like a gust of golden wind, dodged Chalice's desperate strike, then unleashed a Rider Kick blazing with golden light straight into Chalice's chest. Chalice was thrown back violently, rolling across the scorched ground. His Wild armor flickered… then went dark.
"Grrrrraaaaah!!" Chalice roared as his energy collapsed. His armor shattered completely, revealing his true form — a thin, blackened creature with crimson eyes, twisted horns, and sleek, inhuman skin that glistened under the dying light: Joker Undead.
From a distance, Kagami's eyes widened. "Ah crap… that's the Joker Undead form? Damn, that's brutal!"
Tachibana steadied his stance, voice low and calm. "Yes. The Joker Undead — the final immortal. But I know how to deal with him."
Joker charged at impossible speed, claws slashing wildly, driven purely by instinct. Tachibana dodged with sharp precision, then swiped Bullet and Thunder simultaneously.
[Bullet! Thunder!]
A barrage of electrified golden shots struck Joker head-on, staggering him. His regeneration lagged — no longer unstoppable.
Tachibana seized the moment, pulling a Blank Rouzer Card from his belt — a white, empty card glowing faintly.
"This… is your end, Joker."
He swiped the card through the Garren Rouzer, then raised the weapon high as golden light converged at its barrel. Joker lunged one final time — but Tachibana fired.
[Seal!]
A radiant burst engulfed the Joker Undead, dragging him into a swirling void. He howled, thrashing violently, but the pull was absolute. His body dissolved piece by piece until only his image remained — captured within the surface of the Blank Rouzer Card.
Tachibana caught the card and clenched it firmly in his hand, his voice low, steady, and final:
"It's done."
Tachibana turned around, lowering the King Rouzer. His voice had softened — no longer the cold, metallic tone of a warrior, but the warm, grounded voice of the senior from years past.
"Saito… never thought I'd run into you again — in another world, no less. Tell me, what's going on here?"
Kagami nodded, stepping closer. The faint blue light beneath his visor flickered — a mix of respect and relief.
"Tachibana-senpai… as you can see, this isn't the world I was reborn in. How to put it… this place is called a Singularity Point — a distorted fragment of history, a kind of anomaly that exists parallel to the real timeline."
Tachibana crossed his arms, tone thoughtful like a veteran trying to piece together a puzzle.
"I see… but what puzzles me more is why you're here. Originally, after Sougo Tokiwa took Ohma Zi-O's place as the 'Demon King,' the timeline was repaired. You should've gone back to your world. You shouldn't even exist here."
Kagami scratched the back of his head, shoulders slumping helplessly.
"Yeah, about that… I've got no idea either. When Ohma Zi-O Rider-Kicked me into oblivion, I woke up in some weird dimension called the Digital Space. Then that blue orb — called itself the Counter Force Alaya — dragged me here to 'resurrect' me or something."
Tachibana let out a short laugh, his voice carrying that teasing familiarity of an old friend.
"Ahh, that explains it. No wonder Tendo Souji's been wandering around complaining he can't find you to collect that ramen money."
Kagami froze like he'd been electrocuted.
"W-Wait, what?! I did pay him back! I swear!"
And just like that, an image of 'Walking the path of heaven, the man who will rule over everything' flashed in Kagami's mind — that unblinking stare, that solemn tone about destiny and noodles.
Honestly, Kagami would rather fight another swarm of Unknowns than sit through another one of Tendo's lectures.
The two Riders met eyes… and then burst out laughing.
Their laughter echoed strangely across the burnt wasteland — a rare sound of human warmth in a world already half-dead.
Then — shhhrrrkk!
A violet-black rift tore open before them, spiraling light twisting in the air. The wind stirred. Tachibana looked at it, sighed softly, then waved a hand.
"Looks like that Alaya thing knows when to call it. Well then — before I go, take this."
He tossed something toward Kagami.
Kagami caught it mid-air, flipping his hand open — a pale-blue Gaia Memory, engraved with the mark of a white spade.
He frowned slightly, turning it over.
"This is…?"
Tachibana stopped at the edge of the portal, glancing back. The green light in his visor shimmered faintly.
"The power of Kazuma. The power of Kamen Rider Blade."
"W-Wait—!" Kagami blurted, but Tachibana just chuckled.
"Don't be surprised. If it were Kazuma, he'd have given it to you himself. The two of you were always side by side, weren't you? Like brothers."
It was a simple line — a light joke — but it carried the weight of years gone by.
Tachibana turned, walking steadily forward. The soft gold of his armor shimmered one last time before he disappeared into the spiraling light.
Silence.
Only Kagami remained, standing amid the ruins, staring at where his mentor had vanished.
A small smile tugged at his lips. He scratched his head, muttering:
"Ah… crap. I forgot Ritsuka and the others are still fighting that Saber thing! Hope they're still alive…"
With that, he stomped once — X-Bicker energy ignited beneath his feet.
A trail of brilliant blue light shot down the mountainside as the white-and-blue Rider rocketed into the freezing night.
