Meanwhile, the extracted Ten-Tails, amid its roaring, began transforming its body into the form of a God Tree.
A colossal God Tree hundreds of meters tall sprang up on the plain in an instant. At its very top, within an enormous flower bud, a giant eye-shaped Rinne Sharingan slowly opened, casting its gaze across the sky.
The sky, still bright with daylight, darkened at a visible speed. A full moon appeared overhead, turning blood-red!
"Good. Now we finish off this last one, then feed Uchiha Madara and this man called Yuto to the God Tree. That should hasten the fruit's formation."
The Sage of Six Paths glanced at the God Tree with a satisfied look, withdrawing his gaze with barely concealed excitement in his voice.
Hamura Ōtsutsuki was comparatively calm. Per their original arrangement, the Chakra Fruit borne by the God Tree over these thousand years belonged to the Sage of Six Paths.
The next thousand years' fruit would be his, so Hamura Ōtsutsuki had no reason to be excited.
Hearing their undisguised conversation, Yuto finally understood what the Sage of Six Paths meant by "destroying the world" and "the fruit"!
