Ank 's body was exhausted and that 's why he couldn't sense the meteor approaching.

A massive explosion, Ank quickly noticed the explosion and created shields on three princesses and moved in front of Freya, Celestia, and Seraphina to protect them from shockwaves .His arms spread wide, as burning debris slammed into his back.
From impact many soldiers turn into dusk and small rocks from sky start failing all over the battlefield.
Commander Elyn tried to minimize the effects,she knew this meteor was enough to destroy the whole continent.
Commander Robin,Commander Cael and prince leopold also transferred every bit of mana from their body to commander Elyn.
They knew Elyn was not capable of stopping this attack.
The Emperor created shields on his army to protect as much he can protect but protecting billions at once drained every mana from his body and his face became pale and blood started coming from his eyes and ears .
And now the battlefield once again in chaos .
Soldiers' bodies were now spread across the battlefield because of the shockwave .
Blood in ground vaporise but in another second new blood that starts flowing from dead bodies of new soldiers that died from meteorite cover the ground again.
The emperor shouted while struggling .
Commanders! Regain formation! Control the situation, save as many as you can!"
His words cut through the chaos like a blade.
But both commanders and prince were vaporised and died instantly while Elyn, one hand cut down from her body with half of body , was burnt.
Her yellow hair was now red with her own blood with armor completely destroyed but she stood again and started following the Emperor 's order despite her condition.
Only one commander was left unharmed, he started shouting orders, rallying their men, dragging the wounded to cover and helping everyone but a new pressure fell upon the land.
While the Emperor was giving command a powerful pressure that can make fear even the blazing sun body lay in the ground trying to stand up .
The Emperor's knees also hit the ground ,last prince and commander except for commander Elyn also in knees under the unknown weight. The soldiers collapsed, choking.
Only Ank,Commander Elyn and the three princesses were standing.
Ank uses his power to protect three princesses at any cost.
Everyone else was crushed beneath that invisible gravity.
From the crater where the meteor had struck, a blinding white light erupted. The earth screamed as something massive began to rise from within ,a bright white light covering everything and the stone plant prince once again returned to the battlefield emitting white light from his legs and arms .
His body was completely changed and white light slowly started covering him and changing his colour green to white and in eyes revenge and hatred and in his left hand spear that he now used changed into a more majestic weapon and double the size before the previous spear he had.
He looked down upon the humans and sneered.
Now stupid human ,you make me forced to do these and now face the consequences of your action by saying he threw the spear to the emperor.
The Emperor tried to protect himself by summoning but the spear pierced his shield and then his body .
After making a hole in the Emperor's body, the spear didn't stop. It starts moving directly toward Princess Freya.
Time slowed,for the Emperor after noticing the spear's direction,he knew what stone plant wanted to achieve.
And then for the first time ,he prioritized his family over his Empire and made a bold move.
Now the Emperor understands,his love for Freya already exceeds his love for his empire and before collapsing ,the Emperor uses the last bit of his mana to shoot down the spear.
But the Emperor failed miserably and the stone plant prince summoned thousands of spears in the air and threw them towards the emperor .
One by one all the spears passed from their body until the Emperor died.
Stone Plant prince's main target was princess Freya ,he was the reason that he was now in this condition .
And also use this opportunity to kill the emperor.
Everything happened in less than two seconds .

Destruction,why we did not stop creation.
