Chapter 109: Eternal love
DiamondHeart Emperor understood and sudden pain spread across his heart that he suppressed.
The Emperor knew this was not time for grief, he already knew once a warrior left for war, they already prepared for their death.
"Elyn, can you show me what you are talking about?"
"Yes, Emperor,"
Commander Elyn said while lifting her head from the ground.
She was ashamed of herself that she could not protect any prince in this war as the Emperor personally gave her the mission to protect them.
Her left side of face was still bleeding, blood dripping on the ground.
The Emperor noticed this but did not comment.
He understood that Elyn was punishing herself for not being able to minimize the loss.
She could heal her injuries by potion but she did not.
He followed Elyn to reach towards the source,
currently they were in a crater that was made due to Ank crashing into the ground.
Before leaving, he watched his daughters and he understood that his daughters complete focus was on Ank, they even ignored the white light pillars and their conversation completely.
He could not interfere in his daughters affairs, his daughters were capable of handling their issues.
When the Emperor reached the battlefield, he was surprised by seeing this.
Slowly all soldiers who died started reviving one by one.
He could not understand what was happening.
Commander Elyn also came towards the Emperor's side.
And then a soldier came, gave all details of what was happening here to Commander Elyn.
Then she spoke, in her tone sadness and guilt were seen, "Emperor, we have one bad news."
"What!"
"Only soldiers that died during the stone plant prince's return from the moon were revived and except for them no one was coming back to life."
"What!"
The Emperor again shouted.
On the other side inside the crater where Ank was laying.
"Sister, why did Ank not awake after using the top class healing item?"
Celestia asked, her eyes became moist, she was barely holding herself from crying.
She could not understand what was happening to her after meeting Ank.
She knew the difference between attraction,like and love and what happened to her was love, an eternal love.
She never met Ank but something was telling her that Ank was most important to her.
She could die for him while smiling.
And then a flashback came.
The flashback possessed the key of Seraphina, Celestia and Freya's destiny, and a dark history full of sacrifice and sadness.
"I am sorry, I would not fight her anymore," a young girl aged 10 said with a smile.
"And if I fight you can come and stop me but remember I would complain to big sister that you fought."
"You knew she trusts me more than you."
Her face was similar to Celestia but a younger version.
And in front Ank was standing in his Emperor look with a shocked look, he possessed white short hair, black eyes and a long black coat.
He was shocked how this small girl could blackmail him.
"Fine, I agree with you but promise you never tell her about this."
Ank was in the center of thousands of corpses of monsters that tried to destroy a city in which Ank came for vacation.
Monsters were unlucky to attack the city when Ank was visiting.
The little girl jumped with excitement.
"You know Ank, this was the reason my big sister likes you," said the little girl with a smile.
"Now follow me, there were some more monsters that destroyed my gifts for my big sister and ran in the forest."
"Let's move and kill them."
The little girl said while making the face of a villain.
Ank nodded.
And Ank followed her while thinking how mischievous and evil this girl was.
How she manipulated him into following her orders.
But Ank was helpless, he knew how much her big sister trusted her that if she told a lie, she would trust her more than him.
"Fine," Ank said in his mind, "I have to do something about this before she can take more control of me."
But Ank did not know many gods were watching him and praising the little girl by showing them Ank's side.
Even many gods gave the little girl so many boons that she could easily destroy a planet with one hand.
And another monster was created that would one day lead to the downfall of Ank.
And boom.
An explosion happened.
And the flashback ended, Celestia did not remember anything she was thinking, this explosion easily distracted her focus.
Her instinct helped her in protecting herself from this explosion.
But from the impact Freya was thrown at least 500 meters away from Ank's body.
She did not notice who attacked her.
Her total focus was on Ank.
She also became careless, only thinking about him.
And this attack specially targeted her.
Like someone wanted her to remove Freya from Ank's side.
From this attack she got some scratches on her entire body and blood started coming from these wounds.
Her regeneration helped in removing these marks.
Before Princess Seraphina and Celestia could react and help her sister, more than ten swords from the sky started attacking them.
Swords were covered in mana and radiating strange energy that could kill anyone who touched these swords.
Both easily dodged every sword attack but from the back of Seraphina a sword aimed to cut her neck.
But Celestia easily deflected this attack, saving Seraphina.
"Thank you for saving me Celestia, I got distracted."
"Don't worry, Seraphina, let's crush those who dare to attack our little sister."
"Yes Celestia."
And they started releasing mana, ready for fight.
Seraphina summoned two swords, both swords were entirely covered in blood, changing their normal color to red.
Celestia also picked up one sword from the ground.
Celestia's sword was totally destroyed during the war.
Boom.
Another blast happened.
Both Seraphina and Celestia moved away from Ank's body to protect themselves.
Celestia and Seraphina tried their best to take Ank but failed.
Continuous blasts started happening, forcing them to move away from Ank.
